*UPDATE*It’s now been over a year since the experience… I’ve been in several times, they know all about it and are super friendly and apologetic when I go in, they just don’t follow through on their promises.Customer service second to none… usually none!I’ve been owed a complimentary meal since I was offered it in March for a 30th birthday they ruined.The very worst customer service skills ever be ever had the displeasure of dealing with.Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.

A great place to call in for breakfast/lunch. The food is always tasty and fresh. The coffee is really good too. Micheal is always welcoming and service is second to none. They're a great team and a lovely place to eat.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian breakfast is great.

Breakfast was outstanding. Lovely food and drinks. The face on the young woman at the door though, when I asked for a table for breakfast, I got the distinct impression I had massively inconvenienced her. Then we're squeezed into a small table facing a big window, blocked by a shed. Great food, not so great experience.Dietary restrictions: The instructions I gave for the full English, whilst not difficult, we're followed perfectly.
