Terribly smelly on entry but passed it off as being and outdoor environmental issue. The toilets are disgusting and that is where the smell was coming from. The toilets were dirty and smelly. The floor was soaked with urine.... Sorry Costa, this is THE single worst Costa Coffee shop I have ever been into.

I feel really bad for the staff working in the conditions they are in. Place was swarming with flies. A staff member picked up a cup from the top of the shelf and flies just flew everywhere. The male staff who served me today was really friendly, but unfortunately my drink didn't taste like my regular order. For a latte it tasted more like a glass of warm water with sweet syrup. Before I left I went to the toilet. I kid you not- there was a poo right on the floor. I don’t think I’ll be back again. ?

Love my Costa but this restaurant us run down! Leaks and outdated decor, worn and tired. If you sit outside the canopy pees water all over you. Toilets need updating got too.

This Costa store does have 2 tables outside on the pavement front under a canopy .Inside you'll find its not the biggest of Costa stores,more longish & not the widest of spaces. There's probably about 20 tables available,not the brightest either in certain seating areas to the left ,very dim light.The staff counter & drink service was very pleasant indeed .Cash or Card payments are accepted here.There's just 2 toilets available at the rear of the store which isn't or shouldn't be a problem unlike today when 1 toilet was locked off & out of action !(Supposedly for cleaning but nobody was seen doing the job ! ).... resulting in 3 or 4 people queue forming. Not great customer satisfaction when Costa staff just kept passing by to & from the rear kitchen/store room .Wheelchair accessibility: This Costa store is all on ground level ..door door entrance

Couldnt get any hot food was told the grill was now switched off even they wasn't closing for hours no explanation given. Not the usual good standards for a costa coffee venue.

Called here Saturday morning 26th November 2022 for coffees. We use to come here about every 2 weeks but not been for about 3 years. There was a very long queue to the door, service was slow, 4 staff behind the counter, have 2 runs of the equipment to make coffee but only using one, WHY. The staff were not very customer friendly; the coffees were very weak and horrible. Shall not go again
