Ended up with cold food, went back to rectify and got cold food again, so had to go back a third time. Extremely salty chips.Disappointing to see the person who's been at the front packing orders, just go In the back and start whipping a burger together, no washing hands first - ugh! Put me right off!

Poor service order online couldn’t get delivery together to come to the right door almost £50 worth of you they can’t help, if they can’t check uber deliveries are done properly what’s the point in partnership in service if it can’t be monitored. Kfc gladly takes your money and I have to wait on an email from uber eats as I get hungry joke this

This place is always hit and miss. Food is always missing from the order ALWAYS CHECK YOUR TAKEAWAY BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE.Sometimes there is someone friendly other times food is just pushed at you. It's a good job that I like the chicken as it is the only thing that drives me back there.

Every time I go here later in the evening, and I mean EVERY time, they try to palm me off with cold food. I don't mean lukewarm, I mean stone cold. They obviously leave the food hanging around at the end of the night, and then see of they can get away with selling it. Disgusting place.

Anytime I order food from this particular KFC, more often than not there is either something missing or my order is completely wrong. The staff seem to have a goal to offer the worst customer service possible.Every time I visit (which isn’t often now) the kitchen always looks like a bomb has gone off with so much food on the floor.Once at the drive through after I had paid they gave me my large drink filled but told me they had no lids! Really?However, I can’t fault the customer service team who have given me several codes to use to replace my meals free of charge.I like KFC food and this branch is by far closest to where I live but despite this I will not be returning staff are rude, the service is slow and the kitchen is filthy

Kind of what you expect from a KFC,Somewhat greasy fried chicken meals/snacks. This place is hit and miss sometimes you get it nicely cooked, other times you get boarderline burnt dry chicken. Normally pretty slow service but staff seem polite. Recently renovated seems clean and more inviting than before.

Feckin sick of this place, I don't go often but when I do I've been ripped off every time. Tonight there's no piece of chicken with my tower meal. Just a burger with hash brown and fries and coleslaw in the bag. Every single time I've been here, something is missing. I go through the drive thru after a hard day and get home to find this, I'm never calling in there again. Also it's been years now and the drive thru surface is disgusting, spend a bit of money sorting that horrible chewed up tarmac that we're forced to drive over when exiting, what makes it worse is it's on a steep incline so not only is it damaging to suspension components but also you have to ride the clutch crawling over it. This is the worst KFC in the entire of the UK.
AVOID THIS KFC AT ALL COST they always miss some of my meal whatsoever ripped off horrible chips this time they missed my extra 1 pc chicken and my husband's popcorn chicken. not even surprised because it always happens. we might go to another KFC in sutton next time just dont bother to pop in

I had food from here on friday night and from saturday morning for 8 days i spent my time on the toilet and ended up in the emergency room with food poisoning. Went back go get the owner info and the staff gave me a wrong number. Horrible place,horrible staff,highly not recommended.

Food is always tipped into the bag. Fries are never cooked properly and are always cold. Staff clearly can't be and aren't bothered. Half the fries were bad. Beggars belief why we ever go back or how it is still open!!
