We ordered a bucket it was nice food but chicken portions were on the small side service was friendly but was a little on the slow side. We dined in and had a sundae afterwards was in there for around 1 hr 20 to receive a parking ticket a while later. So unless you want to chuck your food down your neck or a drive thru I'd be very cautious about your parking you have a HR stay. Very annoying

The food is good, not always as warm as you’d like it to be or as fresh but sometimes if you get there at the right time it’s good. A few times we have been we have had missing items or even the wrong food but it is always changed quickly when you let them know.

On app ordering is easy for collection.Staff are always polite and welcoming.Update... not bad on the guys here but, the app is being a pig lately..Quick and easy somehow doesn't apply nowUpdate, update... If I had had my glasses, the app ordering would have been so quick.. any updates have worked.As for service, the staff were so good today. On fire!Parking: The store shares the car park with Costa and it's always busy

Awful, never leave without checking what they’ve given you. I brought 3 fillet burgers and was only given 1 at the drive through. I had to go in and fetch them, she took the receipt off me which I thought was odd. When I priced it up at home on the KFC website I realised they had over charged me and put all fillet burgers as meals when they weren’t.

Wow just wow!! So placed an order online asked me to check in when I arrive.. easy right? So did just this when I parked up but came up with error so thought oh it be fine to sort in store.. went in explained and all I got was it has to be done online you placed it online so check in online explained it’s not allowing me to do so.. and she give the eye roll.. after I said is this how you speak to all customers because quite frankly you are dam right rude and surprise surprise it could of be done at the counter after all it’s not like they was busy it was dead in there.. eventually got my food and not a word said to me… I know 100% this is not KFCs customer service I don’t know why she thought to be a ***** but what ever problem you have leave it away from work!! Food however lovely.

Drive through tonight at 10:30pm. I had to wait a while as the young man was busy but he did let me know through the intercom. Had just an individual twister £5.49! Was shocked by the price tbh, had expected it to be around £3.50 ish! How I live in the past, haha!! I estimated there to be just 3 staff members and they were busy, not with pull up customers as there were no cars in the carpark but from online orders I presume. The young man was very courteous and polite so couldn't fault him.Parking: Shared between KFC & Costa, limited time to park I believe so keep an eye on your time.

Does anybody know if there are parking payment machines? As I've been fined £60 for exceeding over an hour but when I went there was no signs nor machines there. I have been here before and not been fined. Just want to double check before I appeal it.
Food shocking missing items paid £27 so basically what i got was 1 chicken drummer 2 popcorn chicken meals with literally 12 chips in each bag half box popcorn chicken in each absolute joke!!

Ordered a chicken teriyaki box meal at the drive through, got it home , stone cold and no teriyaki sauce what's so ever on it . ?♀️ so that was a total waste of time ordering that meal ?

Had a delivery but also had recently ate inside the place and it's going down hill badly in quality .... my recent experience is after a delivery so here goes ........Rice pot was expensive for what it was and tasted awful...Fillet burger meal was awful thank god got some free chicken fillets (which were ok considering the rest of the food) part of a one off deal as we wouldnt have ate the food it was so awful.. (one off freebie spending over 10 pound...so had to make homemade sandwiches with the fillets)... the actual meal was waste of money.... this place has badly gone down hill in food quality which is sad/frustrating (especially the location of it )as it use to be really good ?Mcdonalds is building opposite and when it opens, it's gonna hurt this kfc if it doesn't up it's game .Hopefully it gets better but wont be eating there any time soon
