A fabulous break in a beautiful apartment in the centre of Edwinstowe. We parked up easily in the off road parking and were soon inside the apartment. There was a welcome pack which was the best we’ve seen. Prosecco, teas, coffee, hot chocolate, cereals, biscuits, chocolate brioche, milk, orange juice, bread and butter! The apartment has been renovated to a very high standard and the quality is second to none. Comfortable beds ensure a good nights sleep, so you can explore Edwinstowe and the surrounding areas. Plenty of good quality places to eat if you don’t fancy cooking. We did both, cooked in the apartment one night, a takeaway from China Moon the next. Can recommend- the food was very good. This apartment gives you the luxury of a five star hotel with the option of being able to cater for yourselves.

Amazing apartment with a good design. Extremely well equipped, you have everything you need (including chocolate and Kelly's) :) Two good size bedrooms and a huge living room with a good view. Strongly recommended to families and more.

Faultless stay at The Old Chapel apartment 1. Brilliant location, 10 minutes drive from Center Parcs and 10 minutes walk from Sherwood Forest. Communication from Laura was excellent. Delighted with the welcome pack including milk in the fridge and a bottle of Prosecco. Bedrooms are stunning and can be arranged as king-size or 2 singles so perfect for couples or groups of 4. Lovely showers and toiletries, well appointed kitchen and Netflix on the TV - what more can you ask! Absolutely loved being in the heart of the village. Smoke and Ice is just below and you must try Sunday Lunch at the Royal Oak and everything at the Fables coffee shop. The only place to stay in Edwinstowe!

What a beautiful apartment! I can’t recommend it enough. It is perfectly located in the lovely little village of Edwinstowe and only a short walk from Sherwood Forest, local eateries and friendly pubs, we didn’t need to use our car once! The apartment itself was lovely and cosy. The high ceiling and large windows gives it a modern feel, with all the extras you need to feel as comfortable as you would at home. Everything was immaculate. I would definitely stay here again.

This our second stay at these apartments and once again they were spotlessly clean and finished to a high standard. We enjoyed a very relaxing stay with lots of amenities and high quality food venues in the area. I would not hesitate on recommending these apartments.

This was our second time staying at the apartments and a year on the apartments were as fabulous as they were the first time. Beautifully styled and an excellent base to see the sights of Edwinstowe and surrounding areas. Every detail has been thoughtfully put together. The beds are so comfortable, the linen super soft and facilities excellent. Looking forward to another gathering next year at these wonderful apartments!

This has to be one of the most thoughtful and well put together places ever, I would happily move in tomorrow. Plenty of space to spread out, the kitchen has everything you can think of to put together anything of your choosing and the local shops have some great items to get you going - or I recommend checking out the local farm shops to inspire you! Bathrooms were great really liked the giant bath to rest my poor feet after exploring all day. This is ideal for longer stays with the laundry room and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it, I will return!

We have stayed in many holiday properties and this is the best equipped with very comfortable beds and sofas. In a beautiful part of the country close to Sherwood Forest and all its walks and amenities. With plenty of pubs, restaurants, takeaways and local shops within walking distance.

Had a fantastic family stay, the apartment is finished to an incredibly high standard and was perfect in every way. The owners seem to have thought of everything, the property is fully equipped with all the things needed for a relaxing holiday. Even umbrellas for the fine British summer weather and air conditioning for the occasional heatwave. The beds were so comfy and had high quality pillows and linens. For the tech savvy among us Google Home was a nice addition, anything that Google didn’t know our host Laura was on hand to assist us with. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the local area and was able to answer any of our questions. The apartment location is great, Edwinstowe has multiple pubs, restaurants and takeaways. We were spoilt for choice but Smoke & Ice which is close by is well worth trying. Sherwood Forest is just a short walk away and within 5 minutes drive you can visit Sherwood Pines or Rufford Park. All in all a fabulous stay and we will definitely return.

Host cancelled our booking without warning just 3 days before our stay, leaving us with no where to stay for our wedding, then tried to extort us by asking for an increased price to reinstate the booking.
