Local and convenient.Some staff there do need a course on customer service, I literally had one of the female (possibly a manager) staff members huff at me when she had to go and confirm a price of an item. ? To be fair customer service has never been her strong point.On the other hand some staff are really helpful.

One of the worst Morrisons in Mansfield, they will all of a sudden not have things in , always having problems with freezers , damaged packaging.

I am very upset that you have decided to shut the cafe early before the schools close. This was an affordable place to bring children for a hot meal, and you've cut families off. You should reconsider, this is unfair.

Review for the CAFÉ - Dirty, Scruffy and half the items out of stock and this was the "Toast!??" I waited 10 minutes for. Honestly it's beyond rubbish here

Items are not secure! bought a box of 4 donuts and the lids aren't even secure anyone can just lift them up, bought a bottle of coke that once i got home i discovered the lid wasn't tightened and the seal was broken and it smelt funny.Big thing over in the US where clowns shall we say are going into stores doing stuff to food and drinks for tiktok videos etc, involves people putting hair in food and spitting in drinks so when you see food in insecure boxes and packaging why make it easier for them?

“Michelle” on checkouts has the most revolting attitude towards customers, scowling up and down at young girls as they walk past. She was stood behind the cigarette counter gorming at me as i waited to check out. It’s also absolutely disgusting that management have allowed this behaviour to carry on, even after investigations had taken place for her wrapping her hands around a younger colleague’s neck. Sort yourselves out!
Review is cafe. Was disgraceful at least 75% of table's covered in left over food plates. Dirty. Food wasnt enough to fill a child yet alone adult portion of scrambled eggs until it sorts we won't be using this cafe again pig stye
