Went with Friend, my friend, having food in Nando’s first time myself so many times in Nando’s Mansfield,Shefield but this time we didn’t enjoy the food as good as before used to be food we don’t know whether they change the recipe , but the chicken liver was very dry and I have mentioned the stuff but unfortunately there is no electric so they couldn’t do anything

Food dry and cold. You order starters and even politely remind the staff they are starters yet mains always seem to follow whilst still eating starters. Staff all quite inexperienced and young so not the most professional. Often prefer standing around chatting with each other that cleaning dirty tables. Toilets were quite smelly on last visit. Deffo not the best Nandos.

Where do i even start? We got served right away Which was fab! There was a girl Kursy and She was sooo sweet!!! She kept checking on us and was just so nice! Your amazing!!
For years I enjoyed Nandos so I don't know if the whole chain has started to take the downfall or if its this particular establishment of nandos. The chicken was burned, small, and very dry. The taste of the chicken is terrible. Unfortunately you can taste the fast breeding chicken industry. The staff is very polite.

Great evening. It was really busy, but we were still served quickly and all the waiting staff had smiles on their facesOut waitress Hannah, was fantastic. She really works hard to ensure that she delivers fantastic customer service and despite being very busy still had a huge smile on her face and was happy to talk to us, without causing any detriment to other customers.Hannah is a fantastic member of your team and should be rewarded for her amazing customer services.Thank you. Not ever been a fan after a rubbish experience some years ago.Our first trip after so long didn't start so good either as we were not aware it was akin to a cafe with go to the till and prepay... when we did grab the jist of it after a little while and then we went full hog modern and ordered on the app!!I was pleasantly surprised with the flavours of the starters and the mains. Not so pleasantly surprised that I had to supply myself with fighting irons, napkins, sauces etc then to only have to go and get my own drinks.So, overall it was nice food, I just wonder how long it will be before customers are required to cook the dishes too... and then wash them afterwards come to that.It's a cafe.... no, surely not.It's the Nando experience, I get it. Quick serve food for busy busy people.Competition??? Miller and Carter if you're happy to pay a couple of quid more on the lunchtime special menu wins hands down.One thing for sure though... the manager was absolutely spot on... taking my constructive criticism on the nose and accepting they have to ensure that the customer is welcomed correctly every time. If you've not been, then go but, tell them it's your first visit when you walk in.Enjoy.
