It was ok, had the buffet option, pizza was sparsely topped, but was replenished regularly.

Being a former employee of Pizza Hut I didn't feel we were greeted timely enough. 3 team members who went to the bar ignored the door. However a few minutes later another team member said, "hello, we will be with you very soon."When we were greeted, I didn't feel it was with a smile and felt we were 'Just another customer through the door.'In regards to drinks, the pepsi kept dispensing strawberry pepsi and no option to change. No big deal for us but it could have been to others.Food and availability was really good.Having the Pizza Hut app comes with mix feelings. Yes, it's really convenient and easy to do. However, it removes that magic touch of customer interaction. I understand everyone wont use the app however I think it just takes some of the experience away.Overall food was hot and tasty but the staff didn't seem they had a plan today. Vital for really busy buffet shifts. Despite this they seemed really friendly :-)I think more interaction with your customers would be good. Particular if a team member had a section of tables to look after...do you guys still do this? I think the app takes the interaction away.Anyway, we will be back as always and apologies for nit picking but that was my observation today.

Shown straight to our seats by a friendly but rushed manager, informed we'd have to order by qr code and the website, which put us off a bit. Looked at the menu, very limited choice for pizzas, I fancied a large one, (they call it 'to share', it's either that or a 9 inch?) which would have been £25!! Left without ordering, went to Ciao Bella just round the corner where we got waitress service, proper calzones, big fizzy pop and sides for £25 each i.e. the price of just a pizza at Pizza Hut.Pizza Hut, there are so many pizza places out there that have way overtaken you it's almost embarrassing.

Loved our spur of the moment visit to pizza hut! Amazing pizzas and loads of salad to choose from. We will be visiting again!Parking: It's shared with PureGym so it was a bit difficult to find somewhere, but we got a space after around 5 mins of driving around

From booking a table online to leaving the service was excellent . We had left some pizza and even without asking a box came for us to take it away. Restaurant was clean and food fresh and tasty .

Haven't visited a Pizza Hut for years so thought we'd give it a go. Waiting staff were welcoming and pleasant. Same old Pizza Hut though. Overpriced. No fault of the actual restaurant but the ordering is via an app which kept on going wrong, so the whole process took much longer than normal. Also the vegan pizza using Violife cheese is disgusting. They really need to change that. It makes it impossible for me to eat here again. Again that's to do with Pizza Hut and not this particular restaurant. Apart from all that the place was o.k.

Easy to order and fair range of vegetarian pizza - it would be nice to have vegan options on buffet. Opening times are 11.30 not 11am as advertised and on the door, so spoilt as had to rush as start work at 12.

Come here often for a social gathering with friends, honestly never disappointed. Came here tonight and was greeted by Lucas who seated us and explained in detail how the order and pay scheme works.Was then approached by Josh who was very helpful and quickly able to fix the little issue I had with ordering my food. Tonight I ordered something different and added the hot sauce with my pizza and can easily say it’s the best combination I have had in a long time. Highly Recommend!For dessert we all had the ice cream factory however tonight the machine was on the blink. Thankfully Libby quickly came to the rescue and gave us generous scoops of delicious ice cream ?Today I would like to thank Libby, Josh and Lucas for going above and beyond for us during our visit. You guys are awesome!

We were worried at first about using the table service App but when this was explained by a member of staff it was simple to use.. Some people may struggle using it though.. Food was really hot and nice and didn't wait too long.. It was a bit cold in the restaurant though and had to leave my jacket on.

Great food, friendly service but making customers who are sitting in a restaurant order food over an app is a massive mistake.If Pizza Hut had any idea how much trade they lose by acting in this ridiculous way, they'd change their ways pronto - Pizza Hut should put customers first and give them a choice to order food and pay in whatever way they choose.

I came to this restaurant last week and was taken aback by a lady who I think was a manager called Libby. She was absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. my elderly mum was mortified at the way she spoke to both of us, all because we asked if any offers were on.Our food took over 45 minutes to arrive in what was an empty restaurant. I could see the lady stood in the corner talking to a member of staff and looking over, equally as rude. Maybe send your team for training in customer service. I will NEVER return!
