As a previous worker/manager at Pizza Hut I came back as I always do to get food and went it to collect.When I asked what I wanted I requested for a new stretched meat feast and some chicken strips, which the order then went through...As I was looking down into the back I could see them pick out a not fresh pre topped pizza, to which I kindly asked could I have a fresh one please too which Stacey shouted down the shop it is fresh 3 hours ago and threw the pre topped pizza down the shop!I was shocked with the treatment I received and now will not be coming back to pizza after this experience!Shocking attitude!

Ordered food via deliveroo as we had lutewarm food and no pop even though it showed on the order.They admitted that the delivery driver has taken it and that they where unwilling to help. I guess they do not understand Consumer rights.No wonder why they are slowly closing.

Ordered online to collect, had to wait a extra 20 minutes into the store. Once I finally got my pizzas they totally messed up one by putting mushrooms all over it when it was just a meat feast pizza, and didn't change the sauce to bbq either as requested or gave me the cheesy bites I paid for. This would usually be my go to pizza place but not anymore.

I can't speak on the quality of the food as it was not delivered. Driver was unable to find the address and unable to take directions due to a poor understanding of English. They eventually hung up.

After waiting 40 minutes after the latest delivery time we decided to try and get in touch with the Mansfield branch, phone number rings through and ends with the number not existing/line is busy! Safe to say we won't be ordering again and will stick to Dominos instead as their customer service is actually in existence. Appealed and left hungry.

I ordered from Albert St Mansfield this evening , email confirmation said 8.30pm delivery and still no delivery at 9.30pm . I phoned the branch to discuss and asked for the manager only to be told “ they’ve been sacked “ I asked about my order and was told I’d be better off collecting it . I declined and cancelled the order but as I ordered online I had to contact Pizza Hut direct to get my refund . Disgusting service .

Tried the new melts, they are really nice and great to have as a change to having a pizza.Definitely recommend trying them especially if you don't want too much pizza or want to try something different.Opted for delivery, arrived on time hot and fresh ?

Pre ordered for New Year’s Eve for a party of 20. No pizza delivered at pre booked time tried to contact not possible. So drove to them closed ? cannot believe a chain like this is scamming customers. I will be seeing you sir. not a matter of the money I’m deeply disgruntled by the disappointment of my family and friends.
Took my money but didn’t deliver the pizza NEW YEARS EVE. Phone line is engaged all the time. Been to the shop all closed. Disgraceful.

Absolutely diabolical. Ordered food at 18.24 tried calling them several time ( 36 times) lines are busy all the time. Food still hadn't arrived at 20.40. Don't bother orderingEDIT : after waiting 2.5 hours pizza finally turned up, pizza was cold and soggy.

Took two hours to be delivered, food was mediocre, we called asking whether we would have an ETA and got offered free food as compensation for it being so late and we never received it, wouldn't return nor recommend.

Ordered on a busy Saturday so appreciated that it might take a while to get to us and we were ok with this.They gave us an estimated time of arrival which was great.An hour after the ETA and we had heard nothing. The online system said we should have had it and didn’t update the whole time.I tried to call their number 30x and every time there was either an engaged tone or it rang out.Shock behaviour.To top it all off 1.5hrs late he turned up and didn’t have our drink or dip.Still no answer from the shop.WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN.
