Got sick of receiving deliveries with either incorrect items or missing items. Decided to complain one time and got ignored. A true measure of a company is in its conflict resolution. I have decided to just stop using companies who don't care. I advise you do too out of principle, regardless of how little impact it has, as its the right thing to do.

Must say I had a disappointing experience. The service was extremely slow, and the staff were very ignorant to customers. Not to mention, the store was messy and poorly maintained. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Nice subway. Always have all the ingredients. Service is fast. Staff are friendly. Sit in area is a little small but it's fine if you manage to get a booth. Good vegan options for my wife. Overall better than ypur average subway. Good for fast food.Vegetarian options: Better vegan options than most fast food places. Several sandwich and salad options.

We had vouchers, but can not be used in the small shops and big place is a bus drive..so was a bit annoyed.The staff and food were incredible tho.

Gentlemen called Callum working behind the till charged me more than the price. I advised him the meal deal price that was advertised above his head and was given the response I don't make the prices and said he was not going to honour this. And continued to have a debate with me trying to belittle myself infront of members of public

So so bad, what happened subway? I thought the whole point of subway was flexibility but alas not in this branch, wouldn’t let us add salad to sandwiches, wanted to charge us extra money on everything. The staff were rude and spaced out. Yep not returning here!

I had a gluten-free sandwich, which was over toasted and rock hard, so a good 3/4 of it was unedible.

Came to this subway at just after 5pm today- sign on the door said they are open until 6pm. Looked like they had already finished the close down. Upon entering they said it was cash only - no sign on register to indicate as such. I said that was fine and I’d draw out cash. Then was told we weren’t allowed to sit in despite them not closing for another hour? Seems to me they just wanted to shut up shop early and couldn’t be bothered. Really disappointing experience.

Dreadfull! Ordered a meal through app, arrived to collect and order was not completed as they did not have meatballs defrosted. Waited half an hour whilst the helpfull staff tried to get arround the situation but in the end could not resolve. The staff could not refund and did not know how to do this despite their manager ( not on site ) advised to do through app. They checked app on my phone and agreed there was no way of doing this. Had to get my credit card company involved after manager and complaint email gave no response. The phone is constantly engaged. Please understand this was not the staff that were in branch that are responsible. It is a company from website to complaints to manager to training issue. Really poor. Do not use app to order food as you will spend hours trying to get a refund if its not available!

Absolute joke... my kids can make sandwiches faster... they should do their job instead stand and chat while customers are queueing... and the language they used... nah kids shouldn't be hearing that... disgusting
