Staff on today are RUDE . Waited in a queue, completely ignored...when his mates walked in he served them before me. When I pointed out I had been waiting they all burst out laughing. Childish , incompetent. We went elsewhere & won't go there again .

Subway Mansfield, Woodhouse Road Friday 545pm , don’t normally leave many reviews but just wanted to say how nice and polite the 2 young lads were that served us tonight, our sandwiches were great and the place was nice and clean, well done guys ??

Sandwiches were great. The service was really slow though, prioritising online orders over customers face to face. A few people walked out as it took too long when I went a few weeks ago.

Ordered through just eat and they said they'd delivered my order when they hadn't so rang the shop and spoke to Charlie the manager, the girl deserves a medal delivered me my order herself also adding extras. Goes above and beyond for customers lovely girl!!!

It’s ridiculous. Placing an order, saying it will be delivered in next 20- 30 min and silence. Calling to subway and they don’t even have an idea about an order. Great customer service.
The food was fine although we wanted meal deals and they only had salt and vinegar crisps.The problem was the rude owner/franchisee wanting to talk there and then to the poor girl serving us . He expected her to drop what she was doing to follow him into the kitchen.She carried on making the sans as he went into the kitchen and was pacing about and stirring through at her aggressively.Definitely puts us off going back

Seriously? I appreciate may run out of items sometimes...but no need to be rude on the phone and hang up when I called to query it. Pretty disappointing really. Also...where is the other half of the sandwich?

Service is a little slow hence one star down but apart from that I can't fault Subway at Mansfield Woodhouse. The food always tastes first class and the owners have adapted well for social Distancing and use of PPE. The premises have always been spotlessly clean when I visited. Would I visit again? It is one of my regular lunch time haunts and I see no reason to change that in the near future.
