Best customer experience service in a while! The 2 young ladies, Sophia and Lucia, who was chatting the whole time we was in the store were excellent! The sandwiches were also very well made! Great assets to the team!

Worst subway I've been to very unclean and you ask for something and they never have exactly what you want its like they don't keep track or stock properly, used to be decent but past 6 months I feel its gone down hill

Staff highly rude on scoop of meat on a foot long sandwhich and when questioned manager very rude and said her staff was correct. Paid for the food as wasn't from round here and wasn't sure where else could get food from on way home.WOULD NOT RECOMEND BY ANYONE.

Usually is the place where me and my husband chose to eat every time we are around. But today we was to buy 2 sandwiches and we were disgusted. The staff was playing with some cutely and trying to hit another staff. Unfortunately, the cutely hit the food, but they pay no attention to replacing it as it was not hygienic. And the lady who prepares the sandwiches made that with very big disgust and very unprofessional. She looked very good and rasist.

Ordered food from here I'd say a good hour late when phoned up to see what crack was after messaging the driver and him replying he walked out because he was being ignored by staff which lead to us waiting longer we manage to get threw to the store for them to say not there fault and just cancel which was impossible when the order was still active on the account then received the food we no longer wanted because it wasn't fresh(had natchos to which obviously come cold)

Formerly the best Subway around. Now it's shocking, when you pay £6 for a sandwich via Subway app and they give you a quarter of the usual veggies if you were in-store during the making.

Absolutely disgusted with the customer service, ordered on the app didn’t come till 1 hour later I phoned the subway for them to refuse to to support with my difficulties I asked for my meals to be made fresh and I will go out and pick it up myself for them to say no I asked for a refund and all they could say was they can’t help me and I have to do it through the app, as I tried to get my refund I couldn’t as the food was still in process I then tried to phone the store back for them to help for them to leave the phone off hook, I heard them saying”I’m not speaking with her” and then to be ignored!
