I'm Coeliac so Subway offering gluten free bread and clearly labelled allergen information is a big thing for me. Staff here are friendly and helpful, take the necessary precautions when making a gluten free sub and don't make me feel rushed or unwelcome as I know it is a bit of a hassle and slows them down. Really appreciate them taking the time to make me feel included as Subway's pretty much the only fast food option if you're forced to be gluten free.Tables were all clean, plenty of parking round the back as well.

Went here on Sunday, around 11:00am. Got to be the worst customer service received, 3 people behind the counter talking amongst themselves, I was the only customer in the shop and it took 2 minutes of standing there before any of them asked what I wanted,I told the guy what I wanted, he said okay, chatted a bit more then asked one of the girls to sort me instead, so I had to tell her what I wanted, again, the guy put the cheese on one and put it in the oven, his entire contribution to my 2 sandwiches.The 3rd girl served me on the till. 3 people to make 2 sandwiches and still not an ounce of good customer service between themNever have I seen such blatant ignorance toward a customer from 3 members of staff.Won't be going here.

Didn’t like the new menu , was strange I tried the Bombay sandwich , wasn’t the subway we are used tooAlthough staff were great in explaining how the new menu workedIt’s got very expensive now

The food was amazing however there was not much staff and some of the stuff wasn't fresh but still was good.
It's nice but gotten overly expensive of late, but then again I guess that's inflation

Have used Subways all over the country and found the one in Warsop he best freshness quantity service and friendly staff he place as spotless highly recommended
