Got home to find bacon instead of sausage. Pointed this out next time I was in politely. I was very disappointed by the unprofessional and stroppy attitude. I won’t be going back. Zero customer service skills.

Went in and no smiles or greeting, Bought 2 regular Bacon and egg buttys with runny egg and paid just under £8 which was my first shock, I opened the bags to find a kiddys sandwich with hard eggs and barely any bacon and the most tomato sauce you have ever seen in your life and both subsequently went to the dogs. Stopped me wondering why they seemed so quiet. Won't be going again.

My partner and I have ordered from here so many times. I love that they've set up their own website so you can avoid the Just Eat fees. The food is always so nice and arrives really quickly. Never been disappointed with my order.

The food was fine but came all mushed together. If you’re not a fan of something but planned on passing it to something else eating with you then it’s not ideal. It was a bit of wet mess.

Just had a breakfast And it looked like it had been kicked round the football pitch 12 times I opened it up it was dripping down the sides
After being recommended, I ordered 20 breakfast cobs for a work meeting, I was told to call an hour before delivery to pay. On the day they said they couldn't do it because I was supposed to confirm the day before! Now if that was the case (which it most definitely wasn't), why would an establishment not call the customer themselves to confirm, or taken payment on day of order, which I would have quite happily done. Anyway another local independent business stepped in to save the day.

1/10, shocking ordered a breakfast tray, used to love their baps, big mistake. cheapest of cheapest ingredients, looked dishevelled and over done and dry. sausage was less than that of home brand supermarket types. and to top it off bottom rasher on the pile of mishaped bacon was blue-ing. Left feeling ill.

TERRIBLE!!!! asked for a large bacon cob with lots of butter and red sauce. What I was given was 3 rashens of bacon with hardly any sauce or butter. I might as well have gone to tesco for a loaf of bread. Will not be going sister snacks ever again. Wish I could give minus stars.
