Staff don't have any service standards, soggy slice of pizza and floppy cold fries, no plates to meat off so ended up with a piece of cardboard and a box for the fries. No knives and forks available or offered, staff seemed put out by even asking for such basic items. I would rather eat a dead pidgin than return here. What a waste of time and money.

Always go to asda cafe with my little ones, always decent food amazing pizzas, one of the ladies behind the counter specifically the mixed race lady is really lovely always service with a smile always have a good chat really nice, would definitely recommend. Even more so because kids eat all day every day for £1! I have 4 so I can feed them all for £4 and usually there is leftovers for me so it’s a win win

Visited this morning & only 2 "staffed" tills open. Poor staff, poor customers.
It took over 20 minutes to queue.
I wanted to use my voucher from the new app & the cashier was unable to advise me how to use it. We had to go trial & error. More time wasted for everyone.
There should be more training management-come on, you make enough dosh from this store, help out your staff & customers!
Apparently there were only 2 "staffed" tills open on Saturday too!
Then I needed to return some clothes & twice people were served in front of me & the lady before me. Again, a lack of staff, only one poor person having to deal with 2 queues-ridiculous.
Very poor management. No wonder nobody wants to work there.

Large Asda store with fantastic transport links via car or tram to allow easy access. Trolleys are easily accessible outside the store and staff are friendly and helpful. Store is clean and easy to navigate.

Depending on the time you visit there maybe limited stock in some ranges/items. But the biggest off-putting factor for me is that I never feel comfortable walking from the tram stops to the store. There are always individuals outside the store or by the tram stops who ask for change (some more aggressively than others) and some people clearly under the influence of drugs/alcohol often in the Rest Garden to the front of the store. I would not feel safe walking here alone.

I've been shopping at Asda for a while now, and overall I'm very satisfied with the experience. The stores are always clean and well-organized, and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. I appreciate the wide variety of products available, and the prices are usually quite competitive. The online shopping service is also convenient and reliable. The only reason I'm not giving Asda 5 stars is that occasionally there are stock shortages or long lines at the checkout, but this is understandable given the current situation. Overall, I would definitely recommend Asda to others looking for a reliable and affordable supermarket.

Wide range of products and very good customer service. Scan and go makes it easier to shop. Only trouble is some of the kitchen appliances doesn’t work properly.

Well stocked with a great variety of items. It is also very neatly arranged and has a good number of self check-out and manned/staffed check-out tills.
The few times I've been it was quite busy but the experience wasn't bad.

Good luck finding a shopping trolley. Wait to pay for ages as there's never more than 2 people on the checkouts and the poor staff on self service looked swamped too. Lots of basic items out of stock and their own brand items have a much reduced range. Very disappointed.

Not great. Quality of fresh produce seems poor in comparison to other leading brand supermarkets. Meat aisle again not great and dates are poor. Not much in terms of promotional price reduction apart from some of the booze .. maybe .

Hyson Green supermarket fans need look no further, as this place is literally on the doorstep. For fans from further afield, you'll be pleased to know the tram stops right outside, or if driving, there is plenty of parking space and a road which leads right to it. Stay a while and browse the shelves, treat yourself to a coffee at the cafe and enjoy the ambiance of what is easily the greatest place on earth to be called ASDA Hyson Green.

Asia has always been my go to stop for groceries shopping. Their items are very affordable compared to other stores like Tesco. Their staff are welcoming and ready to be of help. What I love so much is the Self Service option, I don't have to wait on the queue to make payment.

Great store, with a big variety of foods and non food items. Plenty of bargains, offers, etc. Well worth a visit. The scanners make shopping easier to do as they save time that would otherwise be spent queuing up with the other shoppers
