Used this place a few times on our two night stay.Regarding the breakfast in the morning, first morning was table service which was quick and prompt. Second morning was buffet and the manager was rude when we arrived, the lady who showed us to our seat did not mention it was buffet so was sat waiting for someone who was never going to come.Whilst waiting in a crowd at the buffet for the food, one staff member commented ‘this is what happens when you cut back key staff’. It’s not great when you’re paying £20 for 2 people for breakfast. In the evening, the bar closed both times at 10pm and which was a real surprise given it was Friday and Saturday night. There was a number of people who were turned away. Whether this is dictated by head office or the site manager, just all seems a bit lazy. Yes staff will be busier with less colleagues but being rude and not communicating is nothing to do with less staff. It feels like the beefeater lets the experience of this premier inn down.

Michelle was super helpful and very friendly to our family. She couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was quick and very filling.

Paid for a buffet breakfast only to find out its not a buffet breakfast! It's only a buffet on weekends in January. If she had told us this before we paid we would have gone somewhere else. The manager had a serious attitude problem, she was really off with us. We really liked it here but won't be coming back.

Visited this evening at 4.45pm. Only 2 members of staff working. One on bar. One taking orders and running orders. Service was very slow. Some of the tables in the bar area was full of empty plates. Normally very good service. No ice. Machine has been out of order for at least two months

Went here for food with my parents. It was not very busy at the time however we were waiting a good 5 minutes to be seated as no staff were around, service was really slow where I had to go looking for someone around the other side of the restaurant twice, once for a drink refill and 2nd for the bill. Food was absolutly lovely and the starters were huge. They got my mum food order wrong but other than that it was great.

At this very second i am still sat here waiting for someone to take my plate so i can complain as i havent had a cheak back, its not busy at all but plates all over tables which im happy to take photos off...the bar staff very friendly.the drinks avarage price .i orderd a 8oz sirloin steak..at £16.49 add £1.99 for peppercorn sauce...i went for skinny fries as the man at a table next to me had chunky and they still looked frozen..my skinny was perfect . What wasnt nice was the steak..4oz of this was complete fat..iv up loaded a photo and the other 4oz,which i did eat was still pretty stringy. I love steak and always order it no matter were i go.its safe to say i wont have it here again or be leaving a tip

We ate here this evening, the lady working (on her own) running all the tables was an absolute star. No one had to wait too long to be served. Even though she was alone , food came out fast and was hot. The food got 4 stars because the starters we had were nice (cheesy potato dippers and breaded mushrooms) absolutely spot on we enjoyed them, the mains burger and I had gammon. The 1 star reduction was because my peas were like bullets, overcooked, and tasteless . All round a pleasant experience though

We stayed in the Premier Inn and a beefeater was adjacent to the building where we had our evening meal every night for 2 weeks, it was a bit expensive but we never had a bad meal from there.Alcohol was cheaper than we had been used to, and Olivia & Tegen made our stay very welcoming with a friendly approach thanks once again to all the staff, and yes we did all the menuParking: Not any large space for vans if you have a van and get there lateWheelchair accessibility: Na

Not much to say about here. It was a Friday evening last minute walk-in around 8ish ordered drinks from a lovely barman and food.Food came it was over cooked, over microwaved with zero flavour or taste.
