1st visit to the historic Bell Inn, today for a quick drink (we didn't eat)and what a great place! Several areas to sit and soak in the atmosphere and history. Looking down the well was breathtaking! Lovely service and atmosphere.. definitely worth a visit!

My partner and I stumbled across this pub on a short trip from Manchester. We had the pulled mushroom chilli and the steak and ale pie. The food was absolutely incredible. I didn't want my meal to end! 100% will be returning to this lovely little pub. Friendly service and warm atmosphere. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Walked passed this pub many a time over the years. Today, me and my wife was looking for somewhere for lunch, and it was a toss up between The Bell and Slug & Lettuce. So blad we opted for The Bell. Friendly staff, nice cosy atmosphere and good food. Special mention to our servers, michelle and a dark haired woman that i didnt get the name of. Came and asked if our food was ok, and whether we wanted anything else, then came and asked if we would like anymore to drink. Thats how service should be. Will definitely recommend and visit againVegetarian options: Vegetarian options available
