Very disappointed what they have done to the place

I didn't realise they had closed the café counter at the back. Big mistake. Service is just so chaotic now, I waited for 10 min whilst the two ladies were helping over in the café side. No clear queue sign so people just congregate around. I decided to leave and go to Greggs.It's a shame as it was one of my fav spots in West Bridgford.

This place has become a hot mess. I brought my nan here for a coffee and a cake. They served my nan cake on a napkin with a wooden fork you get at a fish and chip shop. They gave us coffee in a paper water cup. The snotty woman at the counter dared to make us feel like we were asking for too much when we asked for a plate! The atmosphere is awful and the staff in here should be utterly ashamed of themselves. What an embarrassment

Went here after a bad experience at Gregg's, and very glad I did. Ordered a bacon roll and cappuccino. Both were delicious. The staff were also friendly and very polite. I requested some bacon that was slightly crisp and the lady who served me was very happy to accommodate my request. Unlike Gregg's down the road a few doors where I was accused of being "picky".
