I am one of the elderly and vulnerable people.I think this member of staff showed much kindness unlike the narrow minded employers. Not all older people have cards anyway cash is still legal tender I hope the staff member takes you to the employers tribunal because you would certainly lose.

Stay away the managering staff are not plesent at all refusing an elderly woman a. Loaf after her saying she was really hungry stay well away take your custom else where I for one will be making sure you lose a lot a custom.
