I was really impressed by the service I received from the beautiful young black lady (apologies I’m not sure what her name is). She had a real sense of humour, was incredibly polite and is a credit to your company. We couldn’t have asked for better service and overall very impressed with her ☺️

I love this little M&S Petrol Station Store. I find the staff are always polite and friendly, the premises spotless the choice of food is "amazing" considering it is smaller branch,It tastes absolutely great and open 24 hours bonus! ?

They should consider the staffing situation at this location. I was in there this morning having bought petrol, there were 2 people in front of me and 5 behind. They had one member of staff serving. Finally when another person joined the queue 2 members of staff appeared to help. This is not an isolated occurance for me, often I have been in and there's not enough staff serving. I use it because it's local and the Marks and Spencer food area is convenient but I hope staffing improves.

Very nice staff and are not a picky about bikers wearing helmets which is great. Means I don’t have to take my gloves and helmet off wasting time and faffing about.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent M&S range all be it slightly more expensive than the shop but very good prices for a 24 hour shop. I wish they could sell alcohol 24 hrs too but you cannot have it all.
