Breakfast Restaurants in Nottingham

“Finally got to dine here yesterday, making use of a voucher I received as a birthday gift to enjoy the 10 course lunch menu.Of course the astonishing menu loaded with creativity and depth of flavour is the star of the show here as it is in any restaurant, however it would be unforgiveable for me not to shout out the incredible team that make it even more of a magical experience. Most of all I have to thank my warm, attentive waiter who made me feel at home and my impressively knowledgeable and clearly very passionate sommelier who could sell wine to a lifelong teetotaler. They provided top notch yet wholly unpretentious service and came equipped with good conversation and banter which made me forget that I was dining alone. I was given a lovely little present to leave with however to avoid spoiling people's experiences I won't ruin the surprise.”

“On a girly day out with my mother and daughter. We stopped in for lunch and as usual, it didn't disappoint. Mandy our waiter was fantastic and full of knowledge about the menus. His recommendations were perfect for us. The drinks were fab, French kiss pornstar martini's had us giggling all afternoon. Xx”

“The Wollaton make nice Sunday meals, and don’t compromise on the quality of other courses. Their table service is spot on, and the Bar Area is super cosy. The Wollaton was a fabulous conclusion to our day out Highfields Lake Rowing.”

“Book in advance and be prepared to queue for a carvery but that just speaks to how good the food is! Lovely place to eat with the family or with friends as there are seating options to suit all and disabled friendly too. Fair price for good food and drink.”

“I've literally tried every single carribean resturant/takeaway in Nottingham over the years.Tried this one last week and the taste of the food was absolutely amazing. It really was spot on.We had 2x curried mutton with rice and peas, steamed veg, a large portion of Ox tail and 2 x lamb patties..Everything was proper tasty and the ox tail was the nicest I've ever had so was the curried mutton!!!Literally the only bad thing was the portion of meat in the curried mutton was very very small. The vast majority of it was massive bones but I do prefer my curried mutton with the bones cuz that's were all the flavour comes from but they definitely should try and make the ratio in the meals more evenly. It's a shame as the food was amazing but if we hadn't ordered the large oxtail then we wouldn't of had no were near enough meat and gravy for 3½ massive scoops of rice and peas eachWill definitely return but will tell the lady to chill out on the bones next time ?”
