Very busy, very untidy, tables not cleaned. Worst of all, we bought our coffee and cakes but struggled to find a seat, while lots of people were sitting around without drinks or food. When I asked someone if I could take their spare chair in a build-your-own seating effort, I was told that someone might be coming in to use it later. When I complained to the staff, I was told "he's a regular". Well, that's one thing I'm NOT going to be. I will never visit them again, and if you don't want to risk the same experience, you won't either .

Excellent service from a trainee. Polite and efficient. Whilst it was busy we still managed to find a seat. Good selection of festive foods. I only wish we had one nearer as we have to travel at least a 30 mile round trip to our nearest. This one is almost a 60 mile round trip but we enjoyed our visit.

favorite coffeeshop, the staff are incredible. does not feel like a chain cafe, you can feel the baristas are proud of what they are doing and I always feel welcomed.coffee is fab and prepared with care, not acidic and with that nice slight bitterness.Atmosphere is very cozy, classic music, and warm tonesOnly the toilets could be cleaner

Wonderful café, my first stop on the way to work in the morning. The service is quick and friendly, and I wish I had the chance to spend some more time there. The place has a calm, relaxing vibe and everything is accessible. The drink I had, Luxury Mocha with Brazilian Coffee, was phenomenal. I may have to grab another one tomorrow.Wheelchair accessibility: Everything on the inside is on the ground floor. There are no elevated ares of the establishment.Dietary restrictions: There are more varieties of milk available for the drinks for dietary requirements and preferences.
