It’s my favourite coffee shop ever! Next to The Theatre Royal and Concert Hall . Nottingham . Foreman Street. Very friendly, very welcoming, very clean and efficient. Lovely staff and quick service . Best Decaf coffee ever and El Salvador to die for. Sad to See Matt go today . Still you have excellent staff.

Great Coffee. Great Staff. Great Service.I rarely visit Starbucks now. Nero has continually gave me better deals and their loyalty scheme is so much more simple.Get a stamp for a coffee or two if you use a reusable cup. They don't charge extra for soy milk either.

very poor service of coffee and Belgian cake.coffee was overflowing from cup and Belgian cake was sweating like it was not fresh or it had been stored elsewhere. plate that it was served on was wet.table was dirty and had to shoo away flies.on the next table there was a coffee cup that looked like it had been there from the previous day.very disappointed and not the service that I am used to from Cafe Nero.
