This is my local coffee shop and I’ve got to know most of the staff personally. They are always so friendly and polite I just wish Costa would look after its staff more. Too many have left in the past few years. Leah is a gem by the way always ready to go the extra mile for customers. Well

A really spacious Costa inside and also had outside seating on the village main street.Quick service at the counter and checked all ok when I was at a table.

Wasn't too impressed. Came in at 5:30, shuts at 7, everything we ordered had to come in a takeout cup so as to save on the 'washing up'

I have been to this costa so many times, but never have I enjoyed an interaction as much as I have with barista Eliza. She was a star. The coffee was nice, but her service made mesmile for the rest of the day. Thank you to both her and the costa establishment. Keep up the amazing work.

Nice drink and good service. Could clear tables quicker as couldn't find a table that had been cleared.

Yet again a disappointing visit to Costa Radcliffe on Trent. Only one table of customers in but all other tables either covered in pots or filthy and sticky. Floors look like the chimps tea party has been in. The sides are covered in pots. Not asked if eating in or out and served in takeaway cups. All I can hear while trying to enjoy my coffee is larking around from the staff in the kitchen. I’ve notified HO before that this branch is not up to scratch. Clearly no improvements have been made.

The staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. Tables were being cleared and cleaned regularly. Definitely worth a trip for that feeling. Much less wait and more approachable than some others I've

Literally our favourite place in the village to spend time as a family. We come to eat and drink. But we get a lot more than this. The staff are extremely friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I feel sorry for the staff as they are only working with what they have. The company should invest some of the profit they make back into the business. More staff should be on during busy times. The decor is a bit dated and could do with a sprucing up especially as there are more coffee stores opening locally that have a much more modern feel. Again this a company issue not a staff issue. The staff are pleasant, welcoming and very knowledgable. It’s just very sad they get the blame for the limitations pushed onto them by the company - they can only do so much.

Served by this larger lady with red hair. Very bad mannered towards my best friend. Wanted to say something but I didn’t. She was not very friendly with me at all! Didn’t like her customer service style at all! That’s why service is 1 star
