Terrible experience if you ask me.When my order was taken the cash machine crashed but that can happen right? I was waiting for my coffee next to the till when I realized the staff served other 2 customers after me and they forgot about me and my order completely; that can happen too RIGHT?? I asked: Where is my coffee? They answered with "Ohhh what did you ordered??" Anyway, took 1 min to do coffee and here it comes, when she put the lid on, a fountain was created as the coffee was spilled all over the cup and lid hole, and that came with an unsurprised laughter from the staff, and no apologies. Hand it to me without even wiping it. There you go Happy Christmas!! Put that in your car cupholder. He heee.And this is how I wasted my 30 min break, buying a coffee and complain about the service.Amazing experience but happy to share.

Do not stop here unless desperate. The ladies toilets are disgustingly smelly year in year out. Despite complaints apparently it’s “the drains” and there’s nothing they can do about it. This service station company doesn’t seem to care about customers enough to do anything to change it. Costa here is one of the worst. I feel really sorry for all the service station staff who loyally make the commitment to work here.

Based on two visits, sunday evening (same staff). 1. Customer service - non existent. 2. Coffees mediocre. 3. Hot chocolate is like water with all the goodness settled at the bottom. 4. Croissant heated in oven and served burnt. Like really really burnt. Only noticed once opened bag in car — returned to complain, no apology. Won’t be using this Costa again for sure.

Fajita wrap was cold. They were clearly taking orders too quickly which meant everyone was crowded round the area to collect drinks/hot food. Forgot about the peach ice tea I ordered. When I asked for it the lady serving did not put the lid on properly which caused it to spill everywhere which I picked it up. She saw it happen and didn’t care.

My phone was handed in after I left it. I was back in London and the staff couldn't have been more helpful informing my family then getting it ready for collection by parcelforce for me. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you

This is one of the few Costa branches that use clean milk jugs. Coffee tasted great. Wish all Costa branches did.
