The server wasn't happy at all when I asked for lactose-free option. Eventually he offered a coconut milk. Coffee was not even close to average. The spoon provided was pretty dirty and I asked for a clean one. Not the best coffee shop in Nottingham.

I had a really bad day today and decided to treat myself to my favourite drink, flat white with coconut milk and I need to say that Jake is one of the best barista I have ever dealt with! His service is 10/10, and he knows how to put a smile on your face!
Called in while waiting for an appointment. Wasn't impressed, chipped cups although the server did change them. Prices increased again, took a long time to clear the tables. Toilets were absolutely disgusting ? I have never seen a seat in the state that was in. Definitely not from one day's use. (Ingrained stains) Not hygienic at all, did have soap/water though. Overall not a pleasant visit. Will not be back.

Spent some time here whilst my daughter and her friend shopped for clothes. Only had a green tea but I knocked it over and I made a real mess of a chair and the floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful in cleaning it up, I did offer, and they did not shame me at all. They even replaced my drink, although I just took a little hot water. I think the woman that cleaned up was called Mia, or something similar - really nice person. Thank youKid-friendliness: Plenty of space
