Loved the food in here, and the service was spot on. Definitely recommend this place and family-friendly as well. No problems parking as there's lots out front. I'll be going again.

Absolutely brilliant place, amazing service from the waitress for our table. Took the family for a catch up dinner, and what can I say? Well firstly there was a very warm welcome on arrival, then the food was simply gorgeous, and the atmosphere was simply wonderful. Both my children had a great time, and the waitress took the time to make sure everyone was having a good time and really went above and beyond to make sure we all enjoyed our time. Highly recommend Frankie and Benny's, whether for a quick stop or if you've been to the cinema or bowling across the way, or even for a birthday party, then this really is the place to go for food, especially if you want excellent quality all round.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to this dive & now I remember why. I ordered the New York bbq chicken & my brother had the Chicken & Halloumi burger. My food was served cold with watery dry chicken that was completely tasteless & hard chips. Brother burger was also cold dry chicken no seasoning & sloppy halloumi. Frankie & Bennies used to be good but the decline to its food is horrific. I will never visit any F&B restaurants ever again. 1* is for the waitress

Very good! F&B was our fave restaurant many years ago and we went back to try again! The food is still as lovely as ever however a very limited menu in comparison to the old menu! Good service and would return!

The are many eateries near here. We chose this one. Good choice. Plenty to choose from. Good portions. You can have a starter as a main Steak was excellent, pepper sauce a bit hot. Burgers were huge. Very helpful staff. Plenty of free parking. A bit pricey but not bad overall.

Really enjoyable meal with my Mum and I treating ourselves. We thought the food was very tasty and not overpriced. Our Waitress Clarizza was attentive, polite, efficient and informative about the choices on the menu too. The environment was very clean and tidy. The service was flawless. I particularly enjoyed the Mocktails too.Parking: I got parked without a problem but it was already getting busy at 5.15pm. when we came out after our meal about 6.45pm, it was extremely busy.Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp for wheelchair access

Visited here for my husbands birthday before going to the cinema across the road, was seated straight away and greeted in a friendly professional manner, introduced to our waitress and didn’t hold out much hope as she seemed to struggle to understand what we were asking for due to a language barrier, after my husband had tried to order a Guinness 3 times he finally opted for a Peroni as that seemed to be the only beer she knew, she also struggled with my Shiraz order but we got there eventually with that, however after taking our drinks order our table was taken over by the lovely Johnathan and he really saved our visit! He was so friendly really put us at ease after a rocky start and made what was a nice meal into a lovely visit! Can’t recommend this guy enough he went above and beyond stopped by regularly for a quick chat but was not intrusive a real credit to Frankie & Bennys, the food was also lovely and good value for money, I will definitely be back especially if Johnathan is there to take our order.

Highly disappointed, my wife and kids loved Frankie &Benny’s franchise but noticed the standard of food has dropped the last time we visited. We thought we would give it another try as we were in the area. Food standard remains awful. Staff are very friendly no complaints there at all. I had NY chicken and honestly it was like eating a leather boot. My wife hade meatballs that were soggy and didn’t look like they had ever seen meat. The kids meals were nice but portion sizes need consideration, perhaps serve fries with the chicken nuggets? Over all we will not be visiting this restaurant anymore. But will try other F&B elsewhere.

Very friendly staff. Food was very tasty and good portions. Great little children's doodle pack which kept my child entertained most of the visit! Good deal on cinema day. Lots of parking. Clean facilities. Would go again.

They seemed more bothered about the takeaway orders than the people sat in the restaurant. My daughters food had microwaved chicken pieces in her dish, sadly she ate most of it otherwise I’d have thrown it back in the kitchen. But when I saw the last bit of chicken on the side ? it was even dark inside
