What is the purpose of providing a order code if its not requested on delivery. Now I'm out of pocket. Unable to contact the store via phone or the deliveroo app.

I've ordered quesadillaand & my friend ordered doner with fries & cheese.I'm highly disappointed ?.1. The photos in the menu looks so great compared to the food I got.2. It was not cheesy, the stuffing was good. All I could taste was raw onion. The meat quantity was almost zero to none.3. According to my friend, the meat box chicken tasted salty.Ps. Please do not mislead customers with photos of food that u dnt provide in reality.
