Firstly I'd like to start by saying, I was told there were no vegan festive bakes this year which is a real let down ?? but the most crucial thing is that every time I go, no matter what time, the food always seems to be either lukewarm or stone cold. I thought maybe its because I usually go late. But today I went at 9am and bought a festive bake, just for it to be stone cold. They supposedly baked them at 7:30 this morning but I highly doubt they'd go stone cold in just 1 hour and 30min. They offered to bake some more which was nice but I didn't have 20min to sit and wait. The workers seem great and polite but the food always seems to let me down so unless the quality changes, I doubt I'll return to this one

From the moment I stepped foot into this greggs, Bruno's friendly and welcoming demeanour made me feel instantly comfortable.Bruno went above and beyond to ensure that my experience at Greggs was memorable. He patiently listened to my order and answered all my questions with a genuine enthusiasm. His extensive knowledge of the products at Greggs was evident as he offered insightful recommendations tailored to my preferences. His attentiveness and willingness to assist truly stood out.
I don't normally leave reviews on Google, but such an exemplary customer service left me no choice. My order was taken by a young, polite fellow called "Bruno", upon which we started to converse about many different things, ranging from Fermat's last equation to Tarantino's and Lynch's movies. Bruno had revealed his favourite film to be Pulp Fiction, made me extremely elated that the youth, to this day, still watches such quality cinema. Not only this, but my sausage roll was scrumptious, warm and well-packed. Thank you Greggs, for hiring such an admirable employee!

I went to Greggs for the first time down south on bracebridge drive and was pleased to see the quality and customer service was not an issue. As a Geordie, I was very pleased to see the young man Bruno not only greet me, but also made my visit quick and efficient. I’ll be going back home a happy man. Well done Greggs!

I recently visited this Greggs for the very first time and it was life changing. A small, handsome bloke named Bruno made my week through his excellent knowledge on the pastries, accommodating my decision. Bruno stated “this one’s alright” and when i tell you, it was indeed alright. To this day, I have never eaten a better pastry and it is all because of this extraordinary gentleman. If for some reason they ever fire Bruno, it would be the worst decision any Greggs has made. Bruno®, available now. An experience you’ll never forget.

Ive had some awful experiences at greggs in the past such as cold sausage rolls and rude staff and its left me with some trauma and issues walking into the shop. However the other day I got the courage to walk in with the support of my friend and I was met with the best customer service I have ever come across in my life. I believe his name was bruno and he had a buzzcut. I cannot recommend this greggs enough now thanks to him and i strongly suggest you pop down for a slice of pepperoni pizza and a chat with good old bruno.
