Indian • “I enjoyed Tamatanga minus 1 hicup.The atmosphere and decor is beautiful and the staff were so helpful. However, the only reason why I'm giving 4 stars is that I found a caterpillar in my salad ?. I did get it sorted out by the staff, which I greatly appreciate. The food was amazing too, but after seeing that, I lost my appetite I'll be honest. I'd maybe avoid the salad ?I got the chicken wrap with the Tamagaga fries and passion fruit juice !!!10/10 for the food and drink (I'm not going to consider the salad.)”
Indian • “We found this restaurant whilst looking for somewhere to eat after a show. Most places had closed or closed their kitchen but this restaurant was still busy and the kitchen was open until 11pm. We had the most beautiful Indian meal with the most attentive service. We were originally sat towards the back of the restaurant (such comfy chairs!) but when a table became free upstairs where everyone else was, we were offered the choice to move, which we took. Seats not as comfy but lovely to be in amongst the atmosphere of a busy restaurant! We had the two chef specials, a lamb curry and a prawn curry, with dhal, rice and naan breads. They were all pretty special! Next time we’ll come to Nottingham purely to go to The Calcutta Club and spend the evening sampling a wider range of the menu! As well as the the food, the staff were also fabulous!”

Indian • “OMG, what a meal. Everything I ordered was absolutely lovely, nice, hot and tasty. The stuffed pepper starter was fab, mains Lamb tikka dansak WITH SIDES, wonderful. The staff were brilliant and the chef was amazing.My server's wete "Frank", Maj, Maz and Macy. They were all really nice people. If you haven't tried it, do so, as you may just enjoy it, I DID.”
Indian • “Ordered for delivery and it was over 30 minutes late which was really disappointing given that the wait was 50 minutes to start with. The food however did make up for it. I had a chicken dansak and it was beautiful. The right amount of heat and the meat was cooked perfectly. Naan bread was wonderful. If the delivery time was better, then this would be 5 stars.”
