I live down the road so its my closest takeaway, unfortunately quite often my order will be missing items after being handed my order. I'm not one that likes to check my order when it's handed over, I'd like to think its not hard to read a list of 4-5 items and make sure they're in the bag before handing it over to the customer but it happens around every 1 in 3 orders so I'm forced to check now in case I'm missing anything. Otherwise, the food is great and the staff are mostly friendly.

Good food and cooked well, staff are quick to serve and you usually don't have to wait long.

Currently long wait times for a KFC. They need more staff. Staff are friendly though and try their best.
Told to park up as waiting on hash browns will be 3 minutes, 15 minutes later went in and still had to wait 10 minutes, as deliveries take priority apparently, attitude off staff and still missing some of the order what a shambles

Such a let down at my local KFC. Came 15 mins before closing and made every excuse possible to refuse my order. appalling. You close at 1030pm and you should serve toll 1030pm!

The worst of the worst. Rude staff and the worst fried chicken I've ever had (I never thought someone could get it as wrong as they did... it's fried chicken with no room to improvise in a large chain restaurant, c'mon guys...raw in the middle and the breaded coating falling off completely...staff specifically hired for carelessness or very badly trained/treated...)

Rude, miserable staff - don't acknowledge and look like they don't want to keep there.Didn't say a single word to me, waited 10 minutes for a drink (gave me the hot food first).Bins never emptied, takes tidy...awful

Kfc keen to charge if you stay longer than 90 mins inthe car park don't caresbout illegal parking in the disabled spaces or people taking up 2 spaces with one car pre pay and order machine not working do left didn't eat went to burger King
