Ordering tonight (27/02/24) via Just Eat - unfortunately wrong order was delivered. Called the restaurant and explained the situation - the way they handled the situation was amazing! Very professional. They Contacted the driver and called me back in a very timely manner.EDIT: driver not so professional. Said he put in two addresses in his phone. "Can you tell the boss isn't in tonight haha."

Wow, wow.. what can i say, except the fact that we demolished the food. It was amazing, the burgers were amazing, polite delivery driver, 45 mins for delivery to netherfield was super quick, the pizza and the garlic dough bites were to die for.Thank you levantis♥️?????Vegetarian options: There was enough choices for a vegetarian ?

I want to know why?I was so confused with every bite, it was crunchy, it was juicy, my brain is bouncing, is it chicken is it beef, oh wait ITS BOTH!!! ???????????????BASED ON THIS MEAL ALONE I WILL BE MAKING TRIPS FROM LONDON!10 OUT OF 10.

Just ordered from Levantis pizza would highly recommend got a 12” pizza really big with loads of toppings, there burgers was amazing I’ll be ordering again for sure, the delivery driver was really polite. Food was still very hot.

Best one around friendly polite staff and hot fresh food. Pizza /burgers were spot on I have been several times and it's been fantastic each
I ordered large Donner. Options were: Naan or Fries.Asked for large Donner on naan with all salad mild chili and garlic mayo.Got Donner with naan and fries, loads of salad and very little portion of undercooked meat. (Leave the Donner to spin longer before you cut it)They got the sauces right tho and salad was fresh (but abit too much of it)
Food is lovely, prompt delivery and go above and beyond for their customers. I had an issue with my order (not the restaurants fault directly - was more of a miscommunication) but there was an allergen that wasn’t stated which I didn’t realise my food contained this until it arrived, and when I rang to explain this they were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make the dish again accommodating my allergies so I could have the meal I had originally ordered and was prompt in redelivering my order. Have used levantis regularly and have always had good service and food from them!

Absolutely appalled. Ordered from this place 12 times in the last 10 months. Who knows how many times altogether. Always given top marks with a nice comment every time I've ordered on Just Eat. Recommended them to local friends. Then the other week they messed me around massively for 20 + minutes after the driver called to say he was outside, and was at the wrong address. Ruined my night completely when I had a friend over. Food was soggy after being sat in a boot for over 35 minutes! Not so much as an apology from them. They don't deserve good customers! Only respond when the reviews are positive. You can tell a lot about a company by how they handle a complaint when they mess up. This place tried to blame me for not giving directions when they have been here 12 times in the last 10 months! No apology. Just passed the blame to the me. I even ordered 2 days before this incident, and when I called prior to ordering that time I was told, "don't worry, we know where you are as we've been to you a few time now". I believe that was the owner i spoke to. If they had taken full responsibility and offered to do a little something to put things right I wouldn't be writing this review. But they have clearly no loyalty to regular customers.
