I've just visited this site, Having waited at the drive-thru order point for what seemed like an eternity And about to drive off I was greeted with a grunt Which I assumed was a member of staff asking for my order Which was duly placed, then without a please, thankyou or any other form of niceity comes"next window "It was quite bvious The lovely Young gentleman didn't won't be be there and his Amina had clearly rubed of to the staff member at the next window who was just as bad!Truly dredfull staff and manners.

The most succulent food I've ever tried

Not a good experience early this morning. I was one of two customers waiting. My drink and food were prepared immediately. Everything was ready, muffin, hash brown, drink. So far so good. Then I waited nearly ten minutes for someone to just put them in a bag and hand them over. All this time my coffee was sitting on the machine with no lid. So it was cold and flat by the time it was finally handed over. I'd have asked for a new one but I was already nearly late for work.

Cold food squashed like it's been in a handbag then served. Asked for fresh got burgers that were sat on a luke warm tray.

Mcdonalds doing what Mcdonalds do. Great breakfast.
Completey messed up the order at the driver thru but were upfront about it and compensated us with an ice cream for the kids for free. Can't say fairer than that and the food was hot and freshKid-friendliness: Chucked in a free ice cream for the kids when the order was messed up and delayed. Amazing

Twice in 3 days I went to the drive thru and staff have managed to miss items in the bag. First day it was jam with the muffin with jam. 2nd time they forgot to wrap the muffin up and just dropped it in separate to the wrapper. The staff also don't know what couple of sugars mean. The place has gone downhill and staff aren't trained properly.
