Absolutely shocking experience, waited 45 minutes in bay 1 for our food, only to go in and find out that they haven’t even been told about us waiting outside. We then got our food and it was wrong, and the drinks we’d been given 45 mins prior were warm and flat. Absolute waste of time and money.

Absolutely disgraceful, I've been told for a while that netherfield mc donalds has gone down hill which now I completely agree, I spent £30 and went today and half 8 at night. They forgotten one piece of my order everything else came cold. I had two pies a apple one and a galaxy one. And one pie had a label made at 17.59 ready 18.09 and to be discarded at 19.29, so why an hour later it was put in my bag I don't no. I only live round the corner and I feel like I didn't want to make the effort to drive back to get what needed to be corrected because all you get is a replacement of the item that was missing and nothing else for your time jiving to go back and the petrol also to chase after that should of been correct in the first place. I've been told as well what some of the staff get up to in that place whilst on shift by some one who knows the workers there and I chose to ignore it. But now I begin to belive that the rumours are completely true. I'm not wasting my money here again. Absolutely shocking.

Came here with my 3 kids ordered a Big Mac but instead got a quarter pounder ordered a mchicken but got a cheese burger and ordered a some patty’s by them self because my son eats things that a gluten free opened the box looked like they ripped the patty’s straight out of a burger they were covered in gherkins and bread crumbs and the the quarter pounder they gave me had a massive bite out of the patty and tried to talk to the manager but they wouldn’t give me there name never going there again would recommend

It's McDonald's you're not here for the Michelin stars .. can't really recommend the food but it's hot, edible and fairly cheap. Staff and nice though!

I cannot praise Johnny the employee or manager enough at McDonald's Netherfield as I was having trouble with deliveroo order and Johnny went above and beyond to make sure to try and resolve my issue. I'm pleased that there are still true genuine people out there like. Very pleased hope Johnny gets recognised for his kindness and helpfulness truly helpful....Regards Frankie R

Single handedly the worst McDonalds in Nottingham. Every single time I have been here, I use the drive-thru and every time there has been a missing item or two from my order.Whether it be chicken nuggets or an apple pie. The service is also horrendous. All other McDonalds restaurants are far better. The staff do not care when you raise an issue.The most recent example was today, by the time I realised there were chicken nuggets0 missing from a large chicken mcnugget meal, the people I am with are eating their food. So, I decided to just take my receipt to explain what is missing and that I have just paid.Instead of being given what was missing from my order, they asked for me to get my food from the car to prove it. I was getting frustrated at this point because I should not have to let my food get cold and have to go back to my car to prove that they missed something from my order. Bearing in mind how much money I have already wasted in the past here due to them missing items from my order.Imcompetent staff, rude, and careless.Go somewhere else.
Not the best like all mc Donald's the burger doesn't taste like beef the nuggets are made from absolute shhhhh. Ya go to any of these places and your just surrounded by loud chivvy little people who don't kno there identity. But on the plus side of things the fries are nice. Go well with the watered down fizzy

Nice and clean, always staff taking care of the cleanliness of the tables and floor, clean bathrooms and fresh food.Usually a decent waiting time but lots of the time kids that make noise.All in all highly recommended for a quick meal.Parking: Plenty of free spaces usually and decent spaces all around the parking area
