Usually our go to pizza place but ordered Wednesday 6th December and it took over an hour and 20 minutes to arrive...Rang the shop an hour in to ask where it was, to be told it was leaving the shop. We don't live a 20 minute drive away ...Wouldn't have minded, but when it arrived the pizzas were squashed and cold. Very disappointed having spent over £60

I hadn't ordered from here for well over 6 months due to a previous underwhelming experience. The portions were always very large and food relatively basic but tonight has changed my mind. It seems they have made the portions slightly smaller (still plenty for a large appetite) but put more care into the presentation and quality of the food, which was delicious. I'm more than satisfied and will be returning very soon.

Usually have good experiences here but today was a nightmare, decent food but extremely poor delivery service. I phoned them for an update on how long the order would be to be told 5mins and the driver is round the corner, 15mins later and no driver, phoned again and told 5mins, 10mins later no driver so phoned so phoned again, 5mins after the driver came, apologised but gave B.S excuses for lateness I'm not happy and have been put off ordering their again ?

Food is decent but the delivery experience is just a nightmare. they literally get something wrong every single time. Either they forget items we paid for like extra portions of cheese or dessert or drinks. i ordered there 3 times hoping every time to have an ok experience or always saying that they will get it right this time. I literally call them and tell them don't forget this and that and the last time it was this and that and they still get it wrong!! it's traumatic to be honest and we won't be ordering there ever again. Yes also there delivery can't be tracked if u order with deliveroo or Just eat. And Two times i ordered late and asked them kindly (via a note and also called to make sure they know) not to knock. nut their delivery person comes very hyper active and loud and knocks really aggressively, am sure he is a great person but he is very loud and not professional at all to say the least. Just sad because as i mentioned the food is decent they just need put a bit of effort of getting orders right.

We order from here regularly and the food and service has always been really good, but the last time we ordered we received our order and one of our cans of coke had burst and soaked through onto our wedges, we called straight away and they said they would send out another can and a fresh portion of wedges, we waited 1hour and 15 mins and still nothing arrived, so we called up and the girl on the phone said that it was on its way, but there was no apology or anything like that... When it did arrive the wedges had the tiniest amount of cheese on, and to be honest we really weren't impressed at all.I usually rave about this place but on this occasion it really let us down especially customer service.
