The guy who served me at the till was really nice. I started with a complicated order, and he paid attention and got it right the first time.My friend's 4 yr old daughter dropped her plate of food as our table was a little tight and it was replaced but the girl ignored my friend when she asked for the corn. It was ok, though, because the corn was tasteless anyways.Parking: It's an entertainment location so there is plenty of parking and the cinema is nearby.

Absolute shocking front door customer service today. Went in to grab a table for three, guys said sure we have a table, next minute, an Asian staff member walks up to his colleague “I’m working the door today and my mates are coming in 30 minutes”. We were then declined a table! absolutely shocking. Will not even bother next time. Our last encounter we ordered online for pick up on 3rd February and waited an extra half an hour in addition to the specified pick up time slot. I don’t know what’s happened to this Nando’s but it’s certainly gone downhill.

We went to this Nando’s before bowling. We only had a 30 minute wait on a Saturday night which isn’t bad. The food was very good and the service was very quick. Will be coming again.

We arrived 5 minutes after the branch was open to customers; but the foyer floor was filthy and covered in debris; food remnants were present on the restaurant floor and our vinyl covered seats; and the fabric seat backs were grubby. The gents toilet was equally dirty, with the base of the Dyson style hand dryer full of wet dirt a notable concern. The cutlery needed to be wiped, because it was stained and looked not cleaned properly. The food was delivered promptly, but well overpriced for what it was; and the bottomless drinks are a clear moneymaker! The staff were pleasant and efficient - but clearly led by management who have no pride and accept low standards. We were looking forward to our first experience of Nandos; but, if this branch is representative of the brand, it will be our last.Dietary restrictions: Handled very well the ordering and serving of dietary restrictions; a refreshing experience

We turned up with 9 of us, waited an hour for a table which we felt was reasonable, and then we got to sit together. Service was quick but forgot some drinks.

My family have been going to this Nandos for years, we go for birthday celebrations etc Over the past year or so the service has been going downhill Me and my husband popped in for dinner. We were told the drinks machine was not working and the only other drinks other alcohol was water and iced tea. You would think for a busy establishment like that it would have at least more than 1 machine. We ordered our food and didn’t mind the wait as it was a bit busy When the food came, the fries and creamy mash were cold. The mash had a hard skin over it, like it had been left out for hours. When I pointed this out to one of the servers Martin, he didn’t look too happy. He took it away and I guess just microwaved it. They got our chicken order wrong and at this point we had had enough. I’m not sure if we will be going back again
