Been here many times and the latest visit once again didn't fail us. Good value food enjoyed by all. What I would say is if you're not big eaters, it would be a good idea to share rice if you can. Delicious take away food enjoyed by our whole party..Parking: Depending on when you visit, parking can be tricky.

Today I’ve woken up with the worst stomach pains ever after eating food from Nanking Garden yesterday evening. The chicken seemed a little tough and the chips looked fresh but didn’t taste too fresh and the egg fried rice was definitely not fresh. I would never go back here nor would I recommend it to my worst enemy I actually regret eating it but after spending money and being hungry I ate it and didn’t expect anything to be wrong having been there many years ago when the food never made you unwell and tasted much better. The food they use is either from the cheapest supplier they can find and/or it’s old and reheated. Having travelled a lot and eaten at many places I can only put this down to poor hygiene in food preparation or old/reheated poor quality food. Many years ago Nanking was a good place to eat from but it’s definitely gone downhill and if I could rate it 0 I would. If you really want some good Chinese food I’d recommend Hoo Tak in Mapperley or Peking house across the road from it - there is also no point in complaining to Nanking as their service is shocking and they just don’t care - they will say that they can come and collect their food without refund if you don’t like it - abysmal. They also only want cash so they’re definitely dodging taxes - again Don’t Go - Go elsewhere and save your money time and health most importantly - as today I’m doubled over with a stomach ache

Ordered chips which were older than me, Chicken balls which got stuck in my throat and the rice was inedible. Daren't try the prawn crackersWill not be back.

Visited last night hoping to have a takeaway only to be told again cash only no card payments why do they do this is??? it so they don’t have to declare takings ??? Move with the times nanking gardens before you lose even more customers .

Very poor food, special chow mien was simply chicken chow mien with a added sauce,Chicken balls rock solid couldn’t eat them,pancake roll was just one lump like a brick ,awful waste of £47 .bought here in the past and was fantastic but something has definitely changed and not for the better so won’t be returning again.

Nice food and quick, but be prepared for the smallest portion of sauce known to man. Order 2 minimum!

just been to nanking garden, wow the service was excellent, was my first time there and won't be the last, the spare ribs are to die for. Best I've ever had. give them a try I'm sure you won't be disappointed.......
The food is amazing. The portion sizes are very generous. They don't skimp on king prawns in their dishes. The prices of the dishes are cheap especially when you take into consideration the amount you get. Would highly recommend a visit. ??

We used enjoy going to another but since we tried nankin garden we where happly surprised how much better it was compared to the other.The amount you get for the price is great. And its hot when you are eating it where most Chinese are almost cold when you are eating it.
