food was half an hour late, i both added in the notes and phoned the restaurant to ensure there was no cheese on one of the burgers due to an allergy along with some other notes, all the other notes were acknowledged apart from the cheese as the burger had cheese pretty much oozing out of

This place WAS amazingEdit 04/05/2023This place was amazing however over the last few years as theybhave opened more stores the quality service has massively dropped off. The prices have gone up, burgers often arrive cold and the care that goes into building the burgers had dropped off.I often look over to the store when I wait at the traffic lights by Wetherspoons. Its quite common to see customers and staff smoking in the door way meaning smoke is blown into the shop. The staff thst don't smoke in the doorway are often seen squatting down next to the dirty alleyway at the side of the shop whilst wearing their kitchen whites. I've worked in kitchens and I wouldn't dream of doing this. Disgusting.Sadly I won't be visiting here any more.***Response to owners comments***Thanks for the rude response from the owners of Ohannes.... I have no problem paying decent money for decent food... But charging more money when the service received is now sloppy, wet sloppy burgers and cold sloppy food from rubbish service? That's not called whining it's called a previously loyal customer being let down by poor management of your business.If you had any sense you would take the feedback on board and sort it out.

I constantly order from these guys because I love to support small local businesses whenever I can, the food is always beautiful, and tonight they've gone above and beyond after a wrong order was sent to me, we couldn't eat what was sent unfortunately so I called them up and within half an hour the manager delivered my order himself, he was very apologetic, but these things happen and we understand that. So thank you very much, once again the food was delicious and I can't thank you enough! We look forward to ordering again in a couple of weeks!12 January 2024Unfortunately I can't make another review so my partner is going to do one for you, so thought I'd edit this one to do one for tonightOrdered on the website and we got 25% off ? it was ready in 30 minutes and my partner went to collect it ?It was absolutely amazing, nice to see that this hasn't changed, I still only have the Swiss burger, its my favourite and never disappoints!Staff are always lovely and friendly here, The burgers from this place are great and we wouldn't go anywhere elseThank you X
