The cafe here was okay although it could do with some signage like 'Please be seated and wait for a server'. It wasn't just us who were confused about where to go. Patchings was not particularly wheelchair friendly. I could use the cafe, but there was a high threshold into the art shop, a narrow doorway into the gift shop and all the galleries were upstairs. Been here a year ago and prices seem to have gone up alot! £9.95 for jacket potatoes or paninis! Had a very basic veg lasagne with plain salad and two slices of garlic bread for £11.50. They forgot my tea so had to ask for this to be bought out. We sat outside so no table service, so had to fetch our menus and were not made aware of the specials as the specials board was not apparent being sat outside.

I was very disappointed at the lack of art materials for sale. I had gone to look at brushes. I prefer to see brushes before I buy. I was very disappointed. The tea and cake was nice.
