Just ordered some food from here online and not all of my order came, we ordered a large margarita and a medium one came instead also we asked for spicey chicken stripes which didn't come. We have been trying to call them for the past hour or so and no one seems to be picking up from there. I think this will be the last time I will ever get anything from here again. I see now why they have only got a 3 star from customer's.

I went to pick up my order from the Oakdale road store today 12/11/23. The cook was stood outside smoking a cigarette, as I walked in he stubbed his fag out and without was his hands went ahead and completed my order. He handled my food which absolutely wreaked of cigarettes. Never again!!!

Order from here on a regular basisFood usually good but a little greasy this time. Staff were not very helpful, asked for deals and told me to look online, discussing order with my partner and was told to hurry up as they were busy. Also reading out loud card details with a shop full of people, bad from GDPR point of view - had to say to the staff member do you mind not reading my details aloud

Went last week to get some cookie doughs. The guy at the counter was half asleep and wasn’t really bothered. He said there was no vanilla ice creams. I still proceeded with my order. When he gave me the cookie doughs I had to ask him for spoons and he provided me with two forks. Won’t be going back again. Poor staff and poor food. This place is really going downhill.

I ordered veggie supreme tonight 7/02/2022 pizza was under cooked and more like margarita most of the toppings are missing. Cheesy bites are not cooked properly one star is too much for them they deserve 0. Not recommend

I ordered ( 11,02,2022) a flat bread, that looked great UNTIL I found it had mouldie cheese on it, I had placed it in the fridge when cooled to have today . Also no sauce with it and no ice cream for the cookie dough!, that I didn't want to eat today ? after the MOULD!!!!! When I rang the shop the guy didn't seem bothered that I had to get in touch with ubereats, not in anyway bothered. I know it's there job but come on guys!!!!! MOULD!!! would you put up with it!! At those prices. So very disappointed and a big waste of money will not go again!!!!! ? ☹?.

Living in the local area I can tell you this place is very very shady. Only ever ordered twice and both times the pizzas were undercooked, cold and probably had about 1/3 of the actual toppings. No matter what pizza you order, you'll end up with a bland margarita basically. If you really want tasty pizza, try the pizzeria in carlton square. By far the best in the area.

I ordered tonight 11/5/21. Thought I'd try the new nacho cheese stuffed crust. Not only was it delivered late but guess what no nacho cheese stuffed crust either Not happy. Very poor my friends. I expect better service especially when your paying over £20 for a pizza. You just lost a loyal customer. Bye bye ?
Had the most awful undercooked raw pizzas delivered last night from bakersfield, near Carlton NottinghamI think. 2 large in a deal, buffalo chicken and pepperoni. The pizzas were much too thick and tasted of yeast, there were hardly any toppings, sauce or cheese on them so was also very dry and doughy. Truly awful pizzas, they worst I have ever had tasted worth £1 not £30. Could not eat these pizzas... would have complained only my partner had returned home after a 850mile drive and just wanted to eat and sleep. Never ordering again!!!

I have just had delivery excellent service, quick efficient. Friendly and professional staff. Food always good. In the app I tried t rate this Pizza Hut but it disappeared when I pressed on the first star ⭐️. I wanted to give them feedback on their service. I am sorry that it didn’t work so I came in to leave a review. Thank you Pizza Hut Oakdale Road.

What can i say, this place has gone badly downhill, awful dry stale pizza stingy on toppings Hardly any cheese paid £38 for that rubbish most of it ended up in the bin, very dissatisfied. I’ve had better pizzas from farmfoodsOnly decent thing was the delivery which was very speedy.

It was lockdown 2 a Saturday evening 7pm (busy time) and we placed an order for 2 pizzas. We used our Meerkat rewards which gave us 50% discount. Our order arrived within 20mins of placing (that’s fast) the delivery guy was great, and guess what........ the pizza was amazzzzing, Oakdale Rd team you are great ?
