Lovely to be able to eat a vegetarian gluten free meal without feeling excluded. Lots of fresh salad available at the salad bar, items that were empty were topped up on request. The fizzy drinks machine wasn't working so were given free squash. Free parking onsite - just need to add registration number on arrival. I think it can be a bit on the expensive side and do not seem to do offers for the evening menu, but would recommend. And will return.

Terrible place. Staff was awful and you get a parking fine for parking in their car park. Signs around the site arent that clear and staff do not flag anything to you when you come in to eat. Do not go to this place.

We had a Pepperoni " Sharing " Pizza for £25. Disapaointed with the very first sight of the pizza from when it was brought to our table - and it just went downhill from there onwards. Minimal number of Pepperoni slices on the pizza, which was overcooked, and as thin as their cardboard takeaway boxes. This is a " PIZZA " restaurant where the very least you expect them to be able to prepare and cook a decent PIZZA !!!! It was no where near the quality of a BASIC pizza from the German Discounter over the road - who would probably charge a tenth of THIS price. Won't be going back.

I was issued a parking fine of £100 for parking in the car park. Why can’t I park outside? Didn’t see a clear notice at all.

It’s been a while since we’ve been as we’ve had some poor service before but this time it feels like they’ve gone back to the good old days ! Staff were attentive , service good , food quick and hot ! Restaurant was warm too which it’s normally cold which is off putting . Only comment fir improvement would be toilets , the seats are damaged , only one handryer in ladies and one cubicle no lock .

Nottingham 23/3/23 Family and I went for a late night pizza but the pizza and chicken bites I ordered were over cooked and differcult to eat but I kept myself together and tried to eat the food definitely not going for a pizza at that place again not really into cardboard food totally waste and definitely not enjoyed meal £80

Try to book a table for Mother’s Day in the morning where they had tables free and told they was not taking no more bookings but do have tables free… rang in the afternoon and they have said they have fully booked all the tables for all day… even the ones that were free! Todays experience with Pizza Hut has taught me to not support business who under the equality act 2010 discriminate against customers.. Pizza Hut have picked and chose specific customers today which falls under discrimination.. we are all equal as customers and should be treated equally. This is also a breach of consumer rights act 2015.. This experience with Pizza Hut has made me realise to avoid Pizza Hut at all costs and I will never attend this business in my life time again because I do not support business who segregate and discriminate against customers!

I had great service at my recent visit at Pizza Hut. The general manager was particularly helpful and made our visit enjoyable. I would definitely return again.

Been here today to celebrate my 25th birthday, the food came out super quick and very hot. Salad was fresh and nothing was browning I.e lettuce. We were served by Chris who hasn’t stopped working extremely hard, fantastic service from him! 5 stars!

Unless this place has now emblazoned the fact that you have to register your vehicle plate before ordering you will receive a £60/100 parking fine.

I ordered around 8:30pm from this store for delivery to the new estate at edwalton (have ordered once before to this address). After an hour the tracker turned to say the pizza had arrived - it hadn’t! So I called the store. I was advised the driver was in the area and would be no more than 10mins. I then got a call to say the driver was lost and was trying to call me for directions - but couldn’t get through (the store managed to though!!) they asked me to call the driver and direct him. I did call. The driver wouldn’t tell me his location and then said he was going back to the store!!! I called to the store and asked them what was going on… they said I’d have to wait for a new driver and my order would be another 30mins! By this time it was close to 10pm and so I said just cancel the order and refund me as it would be too late arriving….. the staff member was incredibly rude and said - I’m not refunding you. You’ll have to have the pizza or call customer services and then hung up on me! NEVER will I use them again If this is how they think it’s acceptable to speak to people. I did email customer services on the night it happens and 4 days later I’m still waiting for a resolution and response….. avoid this store.

I was issued a parking fine of £100 for failing to put my car registration on a pad at Pizza Hut. I provided the receipt from Pizza Hut to this private parking company called "Civil Enforcement "but that was not enough to dismiss the fine. Pizza Hut personnel responded that they can't help as they don't own the parking, although one worker reassured me saying they will be able to sort it but the manager called me back and said they won't be able to help. This experience put me off to ever wanting to visit this place again.

I hadn't been to Pizza Hut for many years until I went to the buffet lunch recently.\\nI loved the selection of pizzas, and they kept bringing out new ones so every time I went up to get more, it was fresh. There was always a good choice of thin and deep pizzas. The salad bar was great as well.\\n\\nEveryone I was with thought it was great, and the person who brought our drinks order was absolutely lovely and kept popping round to make sure we were okay.\\n\\nI thought it was brilliant value (I did eat an awful lot!) and will happily go there again.
