Don't bother going late night early morning. They'll keep you standing outside. Waiting for the pump to be switched on for ages. And then when they serve you, they don't even speak to you.

Surely Shell with their $40bn profit can spend a few quid on cleaning. The site is a complete mess, the toilets (pictured) are appalling and completely unhygienic.I tried telling a member of staff but as he’s basically a child he had very few cares.Date visited: 9/4/23

Stopped in My Tesla to pump the tyres up squandering 50P for air. Thank goodness I didn't buy any fuel stoking up more than 40 Billion in profit. I would love to know how much as a percentage they pay in corporation tax?
Charger is rubbish doesn't take payment and even when using the app cuts you off. It might be 150kw but it's the most problematic charger I've ever used.Sort yourselves out shell this is poor

Not sure of his name but the tall man that served me and my partner just a couple minutes ago (now 11:30am) was lovely to us and corrected the price of an item for us and I saw the way he also interacted with other customers and he was lovely to them too.

There was only one member of staff on the till. The queue was massive and was going all the down and round the shop. This ment that people getting fuel had to wait a long time and the forecourt was getting super busy. Not impressed.
