woman with blonde hair working at around 9:45 had NO customer service skills what-so-ever, if i spoke to a customer the way she spoke to my friend at this gas station i would be fired on the spot, horrible attitude in her voice. she couldn’t get the fuel pumps to work, understandably, in a stressful situation, however she needs training on how to handle this. if she had simply told us we would have had no problems at all as we know how hard service jobs can be. however, she went on to blame my friend saying she couldn’t make it work if he had the pump picked up (even though he wasn’t even touching the pump) she spoke with an extremely condescending manner and an attitude the whole time we were there, continuing to tell him it was his fault the pump wasn’t working even thou he wasn’t touching it and then proceeded to say they were closed and had no tills, a clear lie as she was serving customers at the window.
This is by far the best staff of any petrol station I have ever seen Mark works Fridays and Saturday nights and is the nicest person I've ever known and over the past 8 years has become a close personal friend of mine he would do anything for any customer even the worst of the worst and the drunkest at the drunkest I hope his boss gets this feedback he has never ever let me down

If you want cheaper fuel go to Asda, Morrisons or Sainsbury's in the Nottingham area and probably in most other areas. Forgive me if I have missed out other filling stations offering decent pricing... you can always add any :-)
