Kyla was our server for bottomless brunch and she was fabulous. It’s a great atmosphere in the Slug & Lettuce anyway but made even better by the proactive service and amazing food and drinks. We’ll definitely be booking again.

0 stars if possible,Very disappointed! We were refused entry on New Year’s Eve for a pre payed for and booked . The bouncer accused us of being “too drunk”. We went on to assure him we were not however he was persistent that one of the members of our group just “had that look that he was too drunk. He was very verbally aggressive when we’re trying to explain he was no. The bouncer advised me to contact yourself to receive a refund however my emails have been met with no response.our night was ruined and I’m very disappointed with the treatment we received

Lunch with colleagues. Service was less than attentive waited 20 minutes for pre ordered food after our last one turned up. The tiny Mexican brunch my colleague had was woeful for the price. £9 for a dozen nachos a fried egg and a spoonful of beans . My steak sandwich was OK and cooked to my order. Though was cold when it arrived. Though clearly we had been waiting for chips as they were really hot. For a planned pre ordered meal disappointed.

Nicey but pricey.Do not try the draught offerings or bottled beers unless you have won the lottery. The 241 cocktails are great though at £12, likewise the staff.

Didn't really enjoy our visit. Ordering our cocktails upstairs was a painful experience, waiting 40 minutes for them to get to us. Staff were nice though.

We had a fab experience here having bottomless brunch! Good quality food and yummy cocktails:)) our waiter Hannah was lovely and friendly, very quick and efficient with making and bringing drinks too

Went for dinner, ordered Asian noodle salad / Steak & Fries. Salad was lovely, steak was missing the peas. Bit pricey for what it was. Food arrived, we had no cutlery or condiments, we were going to order a pudding, but the minute we got up from the table, bar/toilet, 2 other people had sat down?
There for a company event with a party of around 20 people for lunch. Food was good, a little slow to arrive but no problems when it did. Bar was fairly quiet but the atmosphere was still good. Staff were busy but still managed to come to the table regularly to check if we needed anything.
