We were so impressed with Son of Steak! The quality for the price is amazing. There were some shortages on the sides/small plates but it was not an issue whatsoever. Amy was so attentive thank you!

Ordered Iron Steak and chicken, Chicken and truffle, double beef burger, and Strip steak and surf plus all the trimmings and Nachos to start. very well cooked and presented, served in appropriate time and attentive staff. Will be back again.

Took my son for dinner for his 20th Birthday as he'd been hinting for some steak. Because of bad experiences at places previously we usually prefer to buy steaks at the butcher and do them on the BBQ, but I have eaten at Son of Steak before and was impressed. We were definitely not disappointed and really enjoyed our Ribeye Steaks, and the other choices to accompany the steaks are amazing. Lara really looked after us and made sure that everything was to our liking.

This was our first visit to Son of Steak after reading good reviews. The restaurant was clean and tidy and guests were seated nicely spread out. Service was great, Annie looked after us and the service was a good speed, not too slow but we didn't feel rushed. Really good menu selection, we had the flat iron steak and chicken leg and it was perfectly cooked and juicy. Compliments to Alex the chef! Great restaurant, good service and value and great steak. Recommended and we will return :)

Payed a visit here with my wife. We was served by a young lady called Nicole. She was very polite and helpful when taking our order and also bringing our food out to us. The food was cooked perfectly and was very tasty, by the chef called Marshall. Our bottle of red wine went well with our food, which in all our visit was excellent can't wait to return for another dinner date with my wife.

Team Annie and Alex all the way. Despite Alex being a chef he helped Annie out today to make our visit extra special. Annie on the other hand was so patient and polite and just over all sweet! Alex made us laugh a lot while Annie allowed us to experience the sweet comfort of this place. Definitely visiting again!!

3rd time coming in and each time we’ve been blessed with Ariana, our waitress. Always serves with a smile and is quick, knowledgable and funny. The food has never failed to impress. 10/10 steaks and the fries are YUM cooked by Chef Tee. Can’t wait to bring the rest of the family and show them our favourite spot in Nottingham. Ariana and the fillets are the reason we keep coming back!
