I've ordered twice from here and each time when it came items missing, when I contacted the store they were very unhelpful. It looks like it's the driver again as store confirm order but the short distance items go missing. Time to put cctv photo of driver on facebook. Only way to stop this.

The only one in Notts, greatful for the only halal subway for miles. I drive 35 minutes away for their sandwiches. Food is excellent, sandwiches are really tasty and the price is right. Opens late, restaurant is clean and staff are accommodating. Plenty of free parking too.

Brand new store. More spacious. Dine in is quite comfortable, con fit UpTo 15 people approximately. Plenty of Free car Park , store is in the LIDI shopping zone.

Bossy style staff don't mind putting gluten containing meat on Gluten free bread. It could be lifethreatning for someone unknowingly eating GLUTEN FREE SAFE FOOD. They have no knowledge about food allergens.What a shame !Stay away from them

Absolutely shocking. Sent the order 30 minutes ahead, to be collected via non-contact. Arrived to a huge queue as two old dears slowly made sandwiches. I have never seen subway move so slowly. We notified the shop that we had arrived for collection FOUR TIMES; we were ignored every time. In the end we had to join the queue to COLLECT A PREORDER. To add insult to injury, we really enjoyed watching the deliveroo guy saunter past us into the shop for his collection, confirming that subway care more about money than customers (nice little markup on deliveroo orders). First and last time we use this horrendous shop.Dont bother coming here for lunch if you're working; your time will be up before you even reach the till!

Too busy doing online orders, no real ham/bacon as ran with Halal meat?! Asked for sauce, didn't get it, was handed the subs and told what they were instead of labelling (allergy disaster waiting to happen!) Tasted awful and not fresh. Wouldn't return even if i was paid to.

Lovely area. Watched the squirrels, listened to the birds and saw the ducks on the pond. Very nice to walk around, getting back to nature.
