This store used to do a family meal deal and then all of a sudden just stopped and to be honest it was all very sneaky how I was not made aware of this once I was ready to pay and was therefore already committed.I think it's an absolute disgrace, as if you are not making enough millions of pounds of profit already.You have officially lost mine and my families customs!

AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!!Don't bother ordering for delivery here, we did a pre order. They had about an hour and half to know what they was making. Yet missed a foot long of the order so 1 person had to go without. Shocking service. Needs shutting down. They have no care for customers at all. Make way for something better cause pointless even being there if the staff can't do their job right. Honestly AVOID AVOID AVOID !!! WASTE OF SPACE !!!

Had ordered many a time and.alway came on time and orders been correct. Except one today 31st October, but they did say to claim.back of just eat , or pop up to get my sides we didn't receive. Give the female staff they sorted it and even gave us a little extra for our inconvenience. They work really hard here I could see and easily missed a side I think.too much work..but they manage and coped thankyou ladies.Parking: OK for parking

Locked the doors five minutes before closing time.If you shut at eight stay open until then, management be prepared to pay staff until they finish, not make them shut up early to get things done.

Slow service, took so long the subway was cold by the time it was made. Staff really disorganised

Staff is so rude as soon as you walk in they tell you they are close the question is why you serving the customer before me?And its 19:57!!
10.99 for a footlong meal. It's nice and all but not a daily.
I've always enjoyed subway but think that the new toasties melt menu is not clear enough if you have a toastie you can't have salad choice on there.
