It really depends on when you visit to what experience you have there are some staff who are absolutely amazing nothing is ever to much and then there is other staff that roll there eyes at everything you ask . However can't fault the food , it always decent quality and reasonably priced the only thing I have a problem with is I find that the toliets are not very clean . But thank you to the staff that make the time to give you a great experienceVegetarian options: There is a few different vegetarian and vegan options to choose from , However cheese is sometimes contaminated with meat but if you ask they will provide fresh cheese from the back they also offer vegan cheeseWheelchair accessibility: There is a small step to get inside so may prove difficult for a wheelchair user , however they do have a large accessible toliet

Ordered on Uber eats, received wrong bread, incorrect filling and no sauces. Asked to be toasted and it wasn’t. Literally the WORST customer service ever.

Rude staff, I was served by a guy who looked like he was stoned, Every time I spoke to this guy he was mumbling under his breath. Constant scowl on his face, he is one of the ruddiest people I have ever encountered someone needs to teach him how to speak to people or sack him. Also although the sandwich tasted ok I felt sick afterward, I would not be surprised to learn the meat was out of date or not being kept at the right temperature with someone like him working there.

The staff are by far the main issue with this subway. Most of them don't know how to smile and are too busy chatting between themselves. One young girl when i asked a simple question even gave me attitude. They put the sandwiches together very haphazardly as numerous times when I have opened it up its fallen to bits in my hands, would definitely avoid this particular subway.

Went to this subway as heading home from a day out. Entered the shop and was given the dirtiest looks ever from people in the shop? but we move on from that! Staff were nice to us, but food in general was bad. Had 2 foot longs one chicken tikka and one BMT was asked if we wanted them toasted. When it come to actually eating the food it was cold the bread was not toasted enough at all. Veg was all mixed in with the onions! And even plastic was found in my meal. This is probably one of the worst subways I’ve had.

Went into subway on my lunch break and waited in the queue. I got completely blanked and two other older people got served before me. They were obviously regular to the store.Had to eat in a rush to get back to work.

Ordered off of Uber Eats, didn't get 1 of the 2 subs we order and the one we did get was inedible; The meatballs were hard and cold, there was no cheese on the sub or salad and sauce, the drinks we asked for never got delivered and while I am impressed by your ability to put cookies in a bag correctly and give me the right crisps I don't think that is worthy of a £30+ order. And the wait time is unforgivable. Who ever made my order needs firing.

My experience at Subway Long Eaton was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by two girls, Jam and Lucy.The food at Subway Long Eaton was absolutely delicious, and the quality of the ingredients was top-notch. The bread was fresh and perfectly toasted and the salad was crisp and flavourful. The store was also spotlessly clean with no rubbish on the floor or on the tables that I could see.The service at Subway Long Eaton was simply outstanding. Jam and Lucy went above and beyond to ensure that my sandwich was prepared exactly to my liking, and they did so with a smile on their faces. They were incredibly efficient, yet attentive to every detail, which made my experience all the more enjoyable. I have traveled all around Europe and the US and been into hundreds of Subway stores overseas but I have to say that Jam and Lucy made this my best and most pleasant visit out of all of them. They are a credit to Subway as a brand!

Come in on 4th April 2023, and there was two girls working, I think one was named Elizabeth and the other I didn’t catch their tag, both with the worst attitude, the one serving stood there and just stared didn’t ask if I wanted salad or sauce, and was very rude! Absolutely disgusting, from starting my order she was rude! Shocking behaviour towards customers. Didn’t put hardly any salad on and they still had the bains in from breakfast, sure going to loose customers if all staff have the same attitudeVegetarian options: Have vegetarians things

Subway gone downhill, staff looked fed up and customer service rubbish, staff looked unhygienic. Would never use them again. Food poor not even toasted correctly.

Hygiene level poor, staff miserable, food well i have eaten at subway for years and this branch is the pits. Dirty and well the sub was CRAP. my advice forget it dont visit here. No gloves touching there hair and then your food. Looking at there job reviews i can see why not staffs fault looks like its the managements fault. Waste of £8. If i could give it no stars i would just look at other reviews on google.

Ordered a vegan plant patty and it came cross contaminated with chicken which was only discovered once started eating. Terrible service and serious allergy issues.

I had a sandwich yesterday and today I have a headache and my hole body hurts, it might be food posioning. last time I had a hair in my food and yesterday a woman came in and complained about the same thing. The people who work here are nice but there needs to be more health and safety checks or something so things like this don't happen again.
