Orders on Deliveroo are awful. Items constantly missing. Decided to give them another go in the hope things had improved but no! Ordered a tuna and cheese salad which came without any tuna and cheese whatsoever!!! They also consider a portion of olives and jalepenos to be 2 of each. That is not a portion.

Workers were slow, lacked customer service, referred to my friend and I as “girls” when addressing us. Dining area was a mess. Took so long to make that after toasting they were cold. Really frustrating experience.

We came to Subway bank holiday monday - the same day as the queens funeral. Not many places were open but Subway in cornerhouse was. That day Duy and Owen served me and Rebecca and Julia served my girlfriend. It wasn't that busy but i had noticed they were working hard and as a team to give us good service. The service was quick and the food tastes great - I have been to this subway a lot and that won't change anytime soon. Highly recommend if you want a quick bite that also tastes good.

Staff are so slow and you’re often stood in a relatively short queue for more than 15/20 minutes, regardless of how many people are actually in it. I write this as a family of four are currently being served. It’s taken the guy behind the counter near 15 minutes, and he hasn’t even taken the order of the final person yet. The staff will also often chat to each other whilst you’re trying to get served, and what makes it even worse is that no matter what time of the day I seem to go, they never have meatballs ready. Complete waste of time.

I have used this branch on a number of occasions with it being the nearest Subway to my workplace. In comparison to other branches I visit on a regular basis, this is by far the worst one I have eaten from. The salad always looks stale and the lettuce has browning at the edges - I once threw away an entire salad box hardly eaten as the tomatoes and lettuce were so inedible. Another complaint is portion size - there is a particular employee who fills the salad boxes half full. You politely ask for more, and after some reluctance, you still only receive a measly amount in return.
