Sadaf and Aradhya were extremely professional, friendly and despite attempted robbery, they did their best to handle the difficult situation. At night, this place could do with a security guard for the safety of their employees and customers. All in all, the sandwiches were lovely and evenly filled, unlike their fridge!

woman that served me put on all wrong toppings at first and i had to correct her, told me the price would be £6.99 turned out to charge me £9, also no toilet paper or febreeze, toilets were filthy.

Such a lovely workers specially that lady who works in the morning, she very polite and basically does your order with love, this is the kind of people we need to see and actually makes us satisfied with the service.

Really appalling service.Waited in a queue for almost 30 minutes, when there were only 3 people infront of us.My daughter got locked in the toilet, because the latch wasn't working and she was too small to reach the high latch, it was a coded lock to gaim access so we had to wait for an employee to let her out. She is 5 years old and was worried.There were limited bread options available, and 3 slices of cheese (I was charged full price for this)When my son's sandwich was being made, the server stopped mid way, got his phone out his pocket and sent a message then put it back in his pocket while still wearing his gloves.We were over charged for drinks, and they said we could get another, but I wanted a refund as we had enough drinks.The tables were unclean and dirty.Very unsatisfied.

4 people in queue, but the staff took a really long time. There was a member of staff in Back, but didn't materialise until later. My daughter used the toilets, and because the lacks were too high, she could not get out. The staff member that we told didn't take the fact that my daughter was scared, to hurry up and open.It thencame around to us ordering. There was a sever lack.of any produce, meaning g that the long time we had to decide, meant that we then had to change. The bread was stale. The staff member went on their phone whilst making my sandwich. Then needed to help at till, so my previously heated sandwich was sat cooling off. Really dissatisfied with the service, the lack of choice, the speed, or lack of. The hygiene, safety....I noticed that the subway is next to student accommodation. So this isaybe why they are slack. But every Chain, no matter the location should provide the same high level service. Not impressed.

The 2 staff that was working there seemed either new staff or put out of their comfort zone as one of them charged me for extra chesse when I didn't ask for it they did give me extra cheese the one who did the meat on the sandwiches had to be reminded to change his gloves as my mum was

Whenever I visited this subway they don’t have jalapeños, I visited yesterday they doesn’t have olives, last to last week I went there they doesn’t have cheese. I don’t know how they run that franchise of subway.

Went in this afternoon. Staff was not the friendliest and made us feel that they are making us a favour (even tho we pay for it ??‍♀️). Took ages to get our sandwiches. We also got drinks in cups, however, I chose 7Up on the machine and got sparkling water instead. Not able to make your own choice of ingredient for sandwich. Or change ingredients. Sandwiches themselves are ok, just like at every other subway. However, customer service is zero to non existent. I don’t recommend and will avoid in the future.

The queue was short but still not that quick. My sandwich was left on the side so long (while the person behind's salad box was filled) that it was just luke warm by time it was finished.
